I ordered 2 shirts from Ivy and Cole on Facebook from IvyColeCharleston.com. The shirts were bad quality and fit awful. I contacted their website to start a refund. I got an automated response. Haven't heard back from them and don't see the address to return the shirts to. I lost $81.00.

I ordered two shirts from IvyColeCharleston.com via Facebook and the shirts that were delivered looked nothing like the ad. When I inquired about returning the shirts, I was told I would need to cover the shipping cost to Asia. They suggested I donate the items to a friend or local charity or repurpose them "in a way that feels good to me"

There is no website for this company or phone number.

Clothing and was not what was on the Ivycolecharleston.com website.

When I emailed them at [email protected] for a twins or exchange they said they will charge me international shipping fees to return the item. It was not what I ordered and it was poor quality and the wrong size. They are a scam. I lost $49.95.

They solicited through Facebook with photos of beautifully made blouses of high quality. I ordered 2 blouses from IvyColeCharleston.com. They arrived from China and were cheap rubbish. No labels inside the blouses, poorly made and 100% polyester. Also too small. When I tried to return them I was told I’d have to return them to China. No refund. I can order something else but I’d have to pay the shipping from China. I lost $79.92 on this order.

Advertising on FB for IvyColeCharleston.com appears to be a legitimate storefront. Merchandise was shoddy and ill fitting. When I attempted to return it, I was allowed a replacement for $22.95 in shipping or 20% refund. When I called them out for not being a Charleston store, they said they import all of their merchandise from Asia which is why the shipping is so expensive. This is a total scam. I have reported it to FB. I copied the contents of an email from [email protected] and attached it.

Ordered a blouse from an instagram add after seeing they had a website (IvyColeCharleston.com) which promised "easy returns". A blouse arrived which was completely inferior to item shown online - fabric was garbage, stitching was off, and there were no labels or tags on the item at all. I emailed to return the item and they offered 15% of my money back (I lost $50.00) and I could keep the blouse (which was trash). DO NOT ORDER from them. They are a complete scam.

The company, Ivycolecharleston.com, advertised a 100% linen blouse on their social media site. I made the purchase and was immediately suspicious because the order number and tracking number did not work. I contacted the seller at [email protected] and they did get back to me saying the item was on its' way. It did eventually come, but it was a cheap imitation of the item I ordered...It was a cheap synthetic material and not at all what was advertised. I tried to go onto the website to return, but got an error message saying it was "not secure" and therefore could not process any return. I lost $49.95 on this order.

On 3/18/26, followed a link on Instagram to order a women’s blouse from ivycolecharleston.com. The account presented as a high end southern boutique. The website offered additional blouses at a discount which I purchased. They then charged my account three different times instead of once. The items arrived about two weeks later. The blouses were of poor quality and did not fit. I attempted to contact them by email at [email protected] and through the website which was shut down. No response received for returns. Website says you must return items to an address of their choosing. Further research revealed no such store exists in Charleston SC.

I have since contacted my CC company and expecting a full refund but at this point it is the principle of a "fake" company that is on the internet and all over social scamming unsuspecting customers.

I clicked and ordered from Ivycolecharleston.com on Facebook/Instagram. Then proceeded to receive multiple emails from [email protected] about delays due to high volume of ordering. Checked one email to track via Shopify and got the notice that the item was delivered 2 hours ago which is not factual. Did a google search and found info corroborating that this is a scam.

They're website looks legitimate but now see that they have no address for their shop nor a phone number and the email appears to be fake. I will survive but want to make sure they get shut down. Tried to notify Shopify but they wouldn't allow me to submit anything because it was less than 30 days.
