I ordered one product they shipped me 3 and charge my credit card. 4. All 3 now I'm trying to return them, and I'm told. It costs more to return them than the price of the product. So now I'm basically stuck with 3POS. That's good-for-nothing. They should not be able to do this.

Fake Nike Received

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter from www.michealculbert/shoes and the shoes are not real Nike, it says they were made in Vietnam and Nike is in China but they did a great job at making them look real. I have reported this to Nike also and they will be looking into this website and shutting it down so others can't be scammed.

I saw an ad on Facebook for clearance sales on garden planters and placed the order on June 19th. It says that the planters are 8ft long by 2ft wide, and they are made in the US. I received the receipt in the mail from Boutique discount shop ([email protected]). My credit card was changed on June 21st by ASL* eqyra London for the same amount, and I only used this credit card once for the month. Since I hadn't received my order by the end of June, I contacted the customer service email in the receipt [email protected] (which was different from the receipt sender's email).

They sent me a tracking link (https://www.17track.net/en) and I saw that the package left the shipping facility on July 6 (after they charged me) from Woodridge, Illinois. I checked the link from time to time, then on July 15th, it showed that the package was delivered to my mailbox. I was home the whole day and I went out right after the postman came but I didn't see the package for the planters.

I emailed back the customer service explained that I never received my order even though it showed it was delivered. However, I suspect that there was a robot on the other end because whoever replied didn't seem to read my email at all.

Strangely enough, the same day on July 15 I received a small plastic envelope with a USPS Lightweight shipping label. The sender is Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste 4 Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. I couldn't think of who would send me this package with a kid size fleece beanie in it. Then I Googled and found that there were other people with similar experience. Some people not only didn't receive their order, their credit card got more fraudulent charges afterwards. Then I checked the tracking number on the USPS Lightweight shipping label. It matched that of my order which is supposed to be a heavy package with several 8'x2' planters. It turns out I was scammed! I went to check the "View our store" in the receipt they emailed me, but it didn't work (This www.eqyra.com page can’t be found). They didn't have an online store and all they did was to scam people.

I emailed the customer service ([email protected]) and requested a full refund. They said that they need to deduct the shipping fees to the international delivery company. This is a scam since they never sent me the planters I ordered.

I don’t know how they can bill me unless they have gained access to one of my cards. I am totally confused. What can I do? I carefully check all my packages and we check credit cards that we use often. I do not have a Jane account which was what sent me on a search.

I reside in a very backwoods area,nearest neighborhood is about 4 miles away. Seems to baffle those package and mail delivery personall.so I never order or have packages via online. Excellent these pants I ordered from kimme.com. but although tracking says there delivered to my mailbox,they weren't.and on that supposed delivery date. I did receive a package from "Jane" containing two bracelets? Wonder if kimme and Jane r tied together? Kinda peculiar.

I just received in the mail today LED music bulb and a mini music speaker from a place called Jane never heard of this company never ordered anything from this company I checked my bank account and one of my credit cards didn't see anything resembling the name of this company so I don't know if money has been taken it's been delivered it couldn't have been delivered wrong because it has my name on it All I know is I didn't order a musical light bulb in a mini speaker if anybody knows how to return this stuff or how to get in contact with someone over the phone for this particular Jane situation I would appreciate it.

I received something in the mail. A piece of gray rubber with holes in it. I don't even know what it is. The return address said it was from this company, Jane, that I've never heard of. Received an unordered unauthorized package from Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009, USA. It's a pink 2' x 3' baby blanket. I did not see a price on it. I have not received any invoice either by mail or email. I'm anticipating I might receive one. I'm also looking at my credit card and bank accounts daily to see if they stole my information. I'm planning on going to the Post Office to return at company's expense (if there is such a company whose name is "Jane"). Researched online and discovered "Jane" is a scam which is why I'm writing this complaint.
