I saw an ad on Facebook for clearance sales on garden planters and placed the order on June 19th. It says that the planters are 8ft long by 2ft wide, and they are made in the US. I received the receipt in the mail from Boutique discount shop ([email protected]). My credit card was changed on June 21st by ASL* eqyra London for the same amount, and I only used this credit card once for the month. Since I hadn't received my order by the end of June, I contacted the customer service email in the receipt [email protected] (which was different from the receipt sender's email).

They sent me a tracking link (https://www.17track.net/en) and I saw that the package left the shipping facility on July 6 (after they charged me) from Woodridge, Illinois. I checked the link from time to time, then on July 15th, it showed that the package was delivered to my mailbox. I was home the whole day and I went out right after the postman came but I didn't see the package for the planters.

I emailed back the customer service explained that I never received my order even though it showed it was delivered. However, I suspect that there was a robot on the other end because whoever replied didn't seem to read my email at all.

Strangely enough, the same day on July 15 I received a small plastic envelope with a USPS Lightweight shipping label. The sender is Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste 4 Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. I couldn't think of who would send me this package with a kid size fleece beanie in it. Then I Googled and found that there were other people with similar experience. Some people not only didn't receive their order, their credit card got more fraudulent charges afterwards. Then I checked the tracking number on the USPS Lightweight shipping label. It matched that of my order which is supposed to be a heavy package with several 8'x2' planters. It turns out I was scammed! I went to check the "View our store" in the receipt they emailed me, but it didn't work (This www.eqyra.com page can’t be found). They didn't have an online store and all they did was to scam people.

I emailed the customer service ([email protected]) and requested a full refund. They said that they need to deduct the shipping fees to the international delivery company. This is a scam since they never sent me the planters I ordered.

I don’t know how they can bill me unless they have gained access to one of my cards. I am totally confused. What can I do? I carefully check all my packages and we check credit cards that we use often. I do not have a Jane account which was what sent me on a search.
KML Utah. Received Small Backpack today from Jane address that is a scam. I didn’t order.

I received a package from this Jane that contained a harmonica. I did not order this and have no idea where they got my address and name. Is this some type of identity fraud, scam or a way to get into my accounts?

I reside in a very backwoods area,nearest neighborhood is about 4 miles away. Seems to baffle those package and mail delivery personall.so I never order or have packages via online. Excellent these pants I ordered from kimme.com. but although tracking says there delivered to my mailbox,they weren't.and on that supposed delivery date. I did receive a package from "Jane" containing two bracelets? Wonder if kimme and Jane r tied together? Kinda peculiar.

I just received in the mail today LED music bulb and a mini music speaker from a place called Jane never heard of this company never ordered anything from this company I checked my bank account and one of my credit cards didn't see anything resembling the name of this company so I don't know if money has been taken it's been delivered it couldn't have been delivered wrong because it has my name on it All I know is I didn't order a musical light bulb in a mini speaker if anybody knows how to return this stuff or how to get in contact with someone over the phone for this particular Jane situation I would appreciate it.

this advertisement was used using a logo that goes by LUVME HAIR. but ACTULLY THEY ARE NOT GOOD LUV ME HAIR WIGS. THEY SHIP IN A BAG NOT A BOX. VERY BAD HAIR. if it is not in a purple box it is not right. ships ups from an name as JANE address... 371 little falls rd suite 4 Cedar Grove,NJ 07009

I received something in the mail. A piece of gray rubber with holes in it. I don't even know what it is. The return address said it was from this company, Jane, that I've never heard of. I haven't been able to find any phone number, or any information about this company, except on internet scam warning sites, But still no way of contacting them.

Received an unordered unauthorized package from Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009, USA. It's a pink 2' x 3' baby blanket. I did not see a price on it. I have not received any invoice either by mail or email. I'm anticipating I might receive one. I'm also looking at my credit card and bank accounts daily to see if they stole my information. I'm planning on going to the Post Office to return at company's expense (if there is such a company whose name is "Jane"). Researched online and discovered "Jane" is a scam which is why I'm writing this complaint.

I got a dress delivered to my house, I didn't even order it. I am just going to give it away bc the bar code on the package didn't work, so I can't return it. This is very weird and the dress is super ugly.

There is this company called Jane (online) and they say that they sell clothing, shoes and other accessories. I ordered some women's shoes and they were of the worst quality, the wrong size, completely ugly and one pair had straps that did not work--they looked nothing like in the advertisement. I noticed that the shoes were Chinese. They have Chinese characters on a sticker inside. I think these came straight from a foreign country. It took forever to get the shoes--many, many weeks. I'm concerned the New Jersey address, which I gave you, is fake and their phone # is out-of-order. They say on the "website" that they take returns. To make a return they want an 8-digit order number. When you go to sign up for an account to go in and get your invoice, it is fake, you cannot get an account. number. On their website it said I needed to get reset information to create a password. They said they would send reset information to my email. I never, ever, got an email from them with the reset info and I tried many times. They requested that I go thru Apple, but I didn't do this. I didn't want to give them my password. There was NO INVOICE in the package mailed to me. And WOW! In a sales email, just now, it uses a different address than the one in New Jersey. And WOW! Strangely and above this different address it states, "If you want to send us gifts, fan mail, or anything that does not include stalking--you can find us at: 3401 N. Thanksgiving Way, # 300--Lehi, Utah 84043". It was incredibly weird and uncomfortable. I know I've been ripped off. I hope you can do something.

4/17/23 I received a yellow envelope addressed to myself from Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste.4, Cedar Grove, NJ. 07009

I opened the envelope and found a small ring box, green, with a ring inside. Inside another envelope there was a brochure from GRA Moissanite. The brochure was a GRA Report describing the ring. It also had a card explaining to go online to "Register your GRA purchase" I did not order this, nor know of anyone who would have sent it to me.

My account was charged on 2-28-2023 for purchases from JCP outlet for clothes. Never received merchandise. Then today, April 4, 2023, I received the fake diamond ring in the mail.

I received a fake diamond ring in the mail today. I have verified that no charges were made for merchandise on my credit cards or through Pay Pal. I then entered the address above and discovered that a number of people received the same item and some did lose money. It listed it as a fake address for this company.
