Was told I would be receiving health insurance and the cards clearly state not an insurance. I am not able to see any doctors with this insurance and I want to receive money back for being lied to by this company as I was told that this was health insurance. I also was told that my family would be able to see there doctors whether it was in or out of network. This is not the case and I want a refund for the lies and corruption

I contacted former insurance to add granddaughter. She told me this insurance offered better coverage. When I got the cards in the mail it said not an insurance. I got an email that told me thank you for your contribution. I called because I said what does this mean I’m not contributing I am getting insurance. The man assured me that I was covered by insurance. Then I received an email titled Failed contribution. I called the company on March 28 and said I want to cancel my insurance. They accepted my insurance cancellation. I checked my credit card on March 29 and then they charged it again. I called today April 1, 2022 and I told them that I had canceled on March 28. The supervisor informed me that the contract says five days before the insurance is due is when you can cancel it. Well I have contacted my credit card company and have it dispute. This is total fraud Because it is not Insurance and when I called to cancel the insurance I was told any charges on my credit card wouldn’t be there they wouldn’t charge me because my insurance goes first of the month to the end of the month.

The “insurance” wouldn’t answer my calls, and only emailed me back saying that I need to call them for cancellation. So, I cancelled my credit card and changed to a new orne before Jericho Share could steal more of my money.

My wife cancelled her "policy" by telling AMEX not to pay them, and AMEX complied with our request. But Jericho is texting my wife and trying to collect premiums. I called Jericho on my wife's behalf and they would not speak to me. Then I said I was calling for myself and I wanted to know whether they were a health insurance company regulated by states' health commissioners -- and they abruptly terminated the phone call.

I manage to get my account close by doing this.

I email them and told these scammers that they were committing wire fraud and that it is a crime according to the FBI. Mail fraud and wire fraud are federal crimes in the United States that involve mailing or electronically transmitting something associated with fraud. Jurisdiction is claimed by the federal government if the illegal activity crosses interstate or international. That these are criminal acts that are chargeable under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations statute. These are found in Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 1961 (1) and include the following federal crimes:

They cancel my account with no problem after this email and to be sure I closed my bank account. I save their email of cancellation for my records just in case they try anything.

I called the phone number that I thought was a credible ACA insurance broker in January. I know health insurance is supposed to have come down, so I wasn't surprised that the cost per month was lower than when I called last year. When I went to the doctor yesterday I was told the "insurance" card I had was not insurance. I have been researching Jericho Share today, and found out what a scam it is. I have canceled my credit card, will be sending them an email, and calling them to tell them I am no longer a member. I am going to call our state's insurance fraud bureau. Wish me luck!

I really dont know how these people sleep at night.
The enrollment agent is VERY convincing and competent at their job -- I spoke to ANTHONY BOTTLEY. I expressed some concerns and he assured me that I would have 30 days to cancel my plan and i would get my money back if not satisfied ... he said he would send an email confirming that when we got off the phone. email never came. i called their "member services" line FIVE times in the past month, each time they assured me that they were sending the email...its now close to two months later and of course the email didnt come but they sure made sure to take an additional 1006 dollars out of my account, as a "monthly" payment. STAY AWAY.

OOOH, This must be the scammer Anthony that spoke with me. He actually USED a REAL licensed broker's name- Anthony L- and somehow sent me an email from a legit broker...but, then when my payment was processed through- i saw this Jericho Share- and was wondering what the hell it was...I was thinking it was a brokerage firm- ha! This just happened yesterday. I have already reached out to the texas division of insurance fraud and forwarded them ALL my screenshots, emails and the email from the LEGIT company that Anthony was purporting himself to be. My ban is aware of this charge that went through yesterday and will be disputing this. Also, the bank will be presenting ALL of these complaints plus, also all the scam alerts about Jericho Share. I HATE PEOPLE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOLKS DURING A VULNERABLE TIME.

1835 s perimeter road Fort Lauderdale Florida is where this [censored] works . The reason I know this is because my so called “friend” tried to recruit me into this company and he introduced me to Anthony bottley and when I saw how much they were charging people I knew something was wrong and walked away .

Like each of the reviews I have read here, I was transferred to Jericho Share when I was trying to look into pricing for Blue Cross Blue Shield. The enrollment agent I dealt with was slick and knowledgeable. Margaret shared with me why HMOs like Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Healthfirst will all be $750/month, as opposed to PHCS (Private Healthcare Services), which would be $475. She went through co-pays, deductibles, wellness visits, and even checked to make sure that my primary care physician and my son's pediatrician accepted PHCS (she literally told me their addresses, so she checked on some database). All of this made sense, so I enrolled.

As I looked at the Terms and Conditions, after enrolling and receiving the emails, I had a sick feeling in my stomach. It said, "this is not a healthcare insurance company" and other statements that made me almost throw up. I Googled Jericho Share, and found this review page. I immediately contacted my credit card company and cancelled the card. They informed me that the charge will be disputed and refunded.

DON'T FALL FOR THE SLICK-TALKING ENROLLMENT PERSON AT JERICHO SHARE!

DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS! (Like the saying goes: If it's too good to be true...)

"Matt Cod" at 561 316 0563-his "personal cell" was MY agent-working for me. This is a SCAMMMMM. He said I can cancel at any time-when I tried(before I even used it-i realized this was BS)-i was told i could NOT! I contacted my credit card company and they assisted. ALso, I emailed them in writing stating to cancel-that was helpful. They tried to tell me I couldnt cancel that ITS AGAINST the LAW . They had Lucy, Melissa, Jessica, Leslie...etc...assist. Karma, baby! Karma. These people are SICK! Ministry,,,baaahhhhh haaa haaaaa. DO NOT SIGN UP!

While was trying to contact Aetna agent, I was directed to their agent, stated the deal is for $679 plus $125 enrollment fee. It turned out that I was dealing with Jericho Share, a well known Fraud health share ministry that scammed so many people. Tried to call their numbers. They are out of service or don’t or no one responds. The two persons (scammers) I talked to . Johnathan Hagen, cell phone 754-312-6681., and Shane Adam’s. Other phone numbers the scammers use 800-332-4057, 866-414-7880.

They finally sent me an email saying how sorry they are that I canceled. That’s because I told them they were blocked from my bank account. I’m sorry I got caught up in this scam but lessen leaned. Tried to go through the healthcare marketplace and this is what happened. Never deal with people over the phone. Their all of it.

So sad this exactly happened to me yesterday … it has made me sick to my stomach.
I gave them my address and everything. They were so convincing. Makes me feel foolish I fell into this trap. My question to you is, since I gave them my address and number and full name should I be worried about any other type of fraud or theft ?

This company takes hundreds of dollars from unsuspecting people who are looking for insurance, and LIE TO THEM about it being insurance... they will give you and your providers office the runaround, everyone is getting different answers, nothing ever gets paid for... except the patients monthly payment to Jericho of course. They'll take that straight from the bank account, and then theyll tell your doctors office that their processing time for claims is 6 MONTHS! Why 6 months? Because they have zero intention of paying, and hope you just give up and stop calling. HOURS ON HOLD, COUNTLESS REQUESTS TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, and instead getting answers like "theyll process the claim eventually" and "sooner or later" and "i dont know" and "I cant find my supervisor right now". ARE YOU KIDDING ME. This is called fraud. This company needs to be shut down immediately and all monies taken from innocent people should be given back.

Same story as the rest of the reports on here. I was scammed out of several thousand dollars over a few months. Lied to over the phone to sign up, lied to about coverage. Hung up on when I asked for real answers. Pharmacist, urgent care, doctor - all had never heard of this when presented the insurance "card". Thousands of dollars out of pocket on medical bills and thousands of dollars in premiums paid.

Reported to the state and reported to my bank. I hope a class action lawsuit happens and we all can get reimbursed.

Customer representative gave me a few options that were way outta my price range, then he gave me another option that sounded perfect for me but never told it’s a health share ministry. I didn’t found out until I looked at the insurance cards in the online portal. Then realized I didn’t want this plan. I talked to another insurance representative to get another plan. She told me to cancel the plan and get a refund. They refused to cancel it until it went in effect. The representative helping me find another plan, tried to talked to jericho Manager and she got very nasty and challenged us to everything. After my plan went in effect I canceled and I talked to the refund department, they said they’d would put the request in and call me within 72 hours, never got a called. Today Walden I called to see if I’m getting a refund they told me I was not eligible for a refund and couldn’t tell me why… 260$ down the drain, wish I could fight this but don’t know where to start

Call your bank and block this fake company and dispute this charge, these scammers will not return your money. Tell your bank to look into BBB and they will see for themselves that this fake company is a total scam, many people have complain to the BBB.

I got scammed to. But I called my bank and put a block on them. There email doesn’t work. When you call your on hold for over 45 mins. The insurance cards clearly say “ this is not insurance “. A friend of mine bought into it to. I’ve warned her and hopefully she will listen. I’ll have to deal with the loss of $419.00 but never again. They call themselves a Christian group. That’s horrible. Why can’t someone shut the fake computer down?

I called a # on a govt website for Healthcare open enrollment 8449591695. This call center directed me to a scam line who told me I was purchasing blue cross blue shield qnd then told me my customer service # was 8668898924. Then I get this crap in the mail that says jericho share a health sharing ministry this is not actual health insurance. The mber card was as thin as a piece of toilet paper which would have been more useful than this card. Not one doctor in all of Manhattan was listed on their provider search and when I tried to make an appt w my current doctors they told me I'd been scammed. I was able to get them to cancel my "membership" and they even sent me an email saying they did but never refunded my $600 my credit card company is getting it back for me. Then these crooks tried to continue charging me card two more times after that too bad for them I cancelled that card #. They try everything in their power to pretend this is legitimate insurance but it's NOT. Total and complete scam. These health sharing ministries are apparently a huge scam industry scamming people who just want health insurance out of multi millions of dollars. The govt takes health insurance fraud seriously and asks us to report them to the FTC, I filed a report and you should too. Lowlife [censored] my god.

I forgot to tell you to call your credit card company to block them from taking your money out of your bank account or close the account because these criminals will continue to take your money. Its a scam they have no legal standing, remember they are a fake company. I just closed my bank account before I knew they cancel my fake account of Jerichoshare so I may be at a lost too but I least I know they are not going to steal any more of my money in the future.

Keep calling them and tell them that you know they are a scam. Try this number 1-888 263-7543 they answer the phone every time I called. Do not allow them to insist on lying, nor put up with any nonsense. Get real tough and nasty and speak loud and tell them that you will report them to proper authorities. I was able to get them to cancel the fake account by getting mean and nasty and standing up to them. I called at least over 6 people and harass them into canceling this fake account. I did not let these people intimidate me. Now I am still fighting to get my refund back, they will hear from me again. I reminded these people that they are committing a crime using Wire Fraud which is a crime stated by the FBI. Do not let them tell you that you can not cancel, they have done this to others and its a lie. These crooks will charge you every month if this is not stop! Do not allow them to steal your money.

My experience is just like everyone here where these scammers are liars and highly train professional at stealing your money. These people are committing Wire Fraud.

I call today and spoke with several ladies and I was very angry and I did not let them bully me or convince me of their scam. I threaten to report them to the FBI and then they cancel my fake account but will not be refunded on my first billing so I was told, never the less I kept calling and I told them that they picked the wrong victim. I will not allow these criminals to continue to bill me for a sham.

These people are committing Wire Fraud which is a crime according to the FBI. Mail fraud and wire fraud are federal crimes in the United States that involve mailing or electronically transmitting something associated with fraud. Jurisdiction is claimed by the federal government if the illegal activity crosses interstate or international.
these are criminal acts that are chargeable under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations statute. These are found in Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 1961 (1) and include the following federal crimes:

I suggest to everyone keep calling these criminals and if many of us report these crimes to the FBI this fraudulent business will be investigated. And also I am looking into Texas A.G. to find where can I report this sham of a company. Stand strong and do not allow them to steal your money, fight back!

Yes to Class Action Lawsuit

Yes to class action

Yes-to a class action suit

How can I contact u

Looks like they got us all around the same timeframe! I specifically and repeatedly asked if this was indeed health insurance. I asked over and over before signing up. The "agent" said it was and walked me through my doctor's own website to commandeer her list of accepted companies and said "Multi-Plan" is the company I was signing up with. Seemed like he was giving great customer service just at the Obamacare enrollment deadline. After 3 calls in February and March following up for the yet-to-be received package of benefits, finally on March 6, I receive an email congratulating my "successful enrollment" with Jericho Share... the first I heard this company's name. Oh, and the Jericho Share cards say right up top, "Not Insurance."
Monthly auto-pays were taken though I never agreed to an auto-pay arrangement. I canceled my debit card to prevent the March auto-pay and am disputing the February payment. Not only a waste of money, but also a waste of my time dealing with a "ministry" that lies!

We briefly spoke and came up with an insurance quote, i agreed and moved 4ward with a payment of $303 , afterwards i was told I'd receive confirmation which i never did, so i called back with a few questions and my calls kept going to voicemail with the same voice on both answering machines, i immediately got suspicious, finally i spoke to the person who claimed to be an insurance agent, i asked abut the confirmation he then sent something to my email that went straight to spam. He tried to further convince me and sent some fake insurance cards and now I'm reporting.

I searched on google "health care market place number" and i clicked on the first number link that popped up. I thought I was speaking to a Healthcare.gov rep. The guys name was Nelson Ortiz (his supposably personal phone number 954-300-1716) he literally went through the whole questionnaire just like the actual healthcare.gov reps would. He offered 3 plans Blue Cross TN for like $896/month, Signa for $700+/month, then starts to tell me that there's an option that has better coverage all around for $502/month plus $125 sign up fee since the enrollment period had ended back in December 31st. He said it was a Signa related plan and that it showed that my physician accepted it. He promised that an email would be sent. The emails were in my scam folder, so I didn't see them. I texted him couple days later asking for information about the coverage so i can give it to my doctors office and he gave me run around about how the insurance company is sending everything by mail, but he was responsive. Then, I remembered that i can just log into my Healthcare.gov account and the plan I signed up for should be there and of course as soon as I log in i instantly start thinking something is not adding up. I texted the guy that I didn't see any selected plan in my Healthcare.gov account and he hasn't answered me since. I called the actual customer support number for the marketplace and the rep i spoke with said there is no records of any of this and that they don't take payments over the phone she immediately told me that its impossible I called the right number because they would never take a payment over the phone. I found the emails in my scam folder shortly after and when I logged into the Jericho Share Member portal I saw that it stated "THIS IS NOT INSURANCE. Program is not affiliated with any government or Medicare benefit". In total what i paid was $627. I just contacted my bank and informed them of what happened and asked to return the payment. If they can't I will have to close my bank account because after reading all these reviews it looks like they will keep charging you non stop.
