I ordered Pillow inserts that never arrived, but got 4 ugly cheap made pillow covers the address on the package was {Joe Doe 475 Supreme DR Bensenville, IL 60106} I thought it was sent to me in error until I tried to return it.

Received item (SHIRT)I ordered July 9, 2023. Need to return item. Sent them message asking instruction for a Return Label. Sent several messages - also sent to PayPal since that is the account I used to pay for item. No one -- I mean NO ONE has been able to assist me. Appears shirt came from CHINA -can you imagine that?

Does anybody know the "company" name or how it appears on your credit card? I think if we have these many people we can get the Better Business Bureau on them.

I ordered shoes that were suppose to be from QVC and they were from you in China,made very cheaply. I paid $47 for them. I will not wear them.they are not Clarks. I agree,beware..

Did not have cushion in shoes. Plus too big. Can’t get their email to work to return. Quality is not what appears im photo

I received a wig in the mail today under the same address Joe Doe. I don't know if this company and I've never heard of it either. This ugly wig they sent me was toooo long and I know I would never order anything close to this. This is not a wig I would wear anywhere, but to a costume party. This is a scam. I hope they sent this expecting not to charge me. I'm going to contact my bank and make sure that this so called company takes no money out of my account.

I ordered a pair of shoes that say d they were Birkenstocks. What I got was a cheap and very smelly pair of ugly shoes. I tried to email [email protected], but it said that email does not exist! I want my money back! I’m furious!

I ordered these men's lounge pants from them through Amazon and I ordered a 8xl and these came today and they look like a boys small size. These things are so small I doubt even a kid could wear them.

I ordered 3 bras from what looked like a reputable site. I received 3 bras, not like the ones I ordered and perhaps 38B I'm a 38DDD. No way to get my money back.
I'm sticking with Amazon

I ordered a set of bras from them. Thank goodness I am only out 15.00, not like some of you. I have a service email to contact them for any problems, and you guessed it ! It does not exist. The bras were off a facebook site and looked really authentic from there web page. They looked like an Amazon Company page it was that good. They had all the correct spelling, area codes matched, and they had a better business award page. I got duped, and I feel incredibly stupid. I am trained to recognize scams, and I feel for it. I really wish there was a way to get our money back and put these guys out of business and in jail! I will be posting my interaction with them on facebook, at this point all i can do is try to help someone else from buying into their scam. Good luck to everyone in the pursuit of getting your money back. If anyone is interested this the email address they gave me,
[email protected]. Oh and I forgot to mention they gave me a 20% discount if I visit their site at; XKT20. Like I will be doing that.

This company delivered me two items and I didn't buy. I was trying to returns them but I don't have address where I could returns them ,It's unacceptable. I don't recommend to buy or check the page of them.I just called to my bank to cancel my debit card.

Order a 2x and there sent me a large and package says extra-large. How I return them, no sales ticket address or phone number to return merchandise. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered a seaglass xmas tree that was advertised on Facebook- it arrived in a package with the above address but looked nothing like what was advertised:( It was from a company advertised as Lovely Girl and the withdrawal on my bank account was shoepublic surrey. Tried to email the above email- no response. I just wanted to return it and get my money back.

Ordered glass photo with saying To My Sister with a saying on it and a picture of two females and I was able to choose hair color. I received the item but all the writing is backwards as if it was printed wrong. The package did not have any return information if item not correct.
