I ordered a plastic V8 engine that required assembly. Assembled, the engine's crankshaft, pistons, and valve train worked. I purchased this kit form one of my grandchildren to learn how a car engine worked. What I got was a worthless engine that is a one-piece unit with no working parts and no assembly. I cannot find contact information; the name of package was John Doe. I tried get contact information but there is none.

I want to return these items: I was over-charged because I didn't order two coats, just (one1) coat. I thought the material of the tops was a wool or some quality material, not cheap nylon. Furthermore, (I did not order that sockadelic top) so I want a refund back for those three items! I looked the name of this "joe doe" company and got some number that wasn't a working number. I saw another one that wasn't right, then the review page was there. So I'm putting my second review here. Give me a refund for 3 of the four items I purchased. There's no receipt nor invoice inside the package, either!

How do I contact this Joe Doe company in Springfield, NY, I ordered three items and have no receipt or anything. However, the only thing right was the coat, although I didn't know it ran small, or I would've ordered an extra large instead of large. Then the two tops I bought looked like nice sweaters with soft wool or cashmere material, "on the website". However, when I received the items, it was a cheap nylon material. Even more than that, the sock-a-delic multicoloured top is nottttt what I ordered, and I would never buy that unless I was going to attend a 70s event. I've never liked the socka-delic style era of designer clothes. It's the 1950s and 1960s era. I had purchased a solid emerald top the looked like soft wool with the slant at the bottom, having the length tilted long diagonally on one side. The picture of what I didn't order is attached. Allllsoooo! I only ordered "oneeee" coat, not two! I always verify before hitting send, to make sure things are deleted, especially duplicates. The way, you decide you don't want something, so you remove it from your cart on the online carts. So my order is alllll “jacked up”. I want a refund on everything but one of the two identical cream coats. I just looked up Joe Doe and see all these reviews after calling two numbers that are wrong! I'll go report it on BBB. If anyone finds a legitimate phone number and address other than Springfield, New York, please let me know, so I can call them!

My husband finally received the 2 pairs of shoes that was supposed to be Hey Dude shoes. They are not Hey Dude shoes they are junk. I had sent them several E-mails about the order when we hadn't received them. I finally received an E-mail yesterday and they said they couldn't find the information on them where the order was placed for the name and e-mail address. I did send them another message letting them know he received them, but they weren't hey-dude shoes and wanted to know what we had to do to send them back and get a refund, these are definitely a scam. All we want is a refund for the junk we received that is NOT Hey-Dude shoes.

I had ordered a wreath, garland and scones for my front door but received something that might work on a dollhouse. I have emailed this person several times but no communication from the seller at all. I had asked for instructions to return these items but nothing.

I had order what I thought was a nice door decoration which consisted of garland that would go around the door, 2 sconces, and a door wreath. What I received was something fit to go on a doll house and not a real house. I was very upset at them and myself for allowing myself to be scammed but more importantly I can't find a way to return this and get my money back.

Facebook advertisement for what seemed to be a beautiful set of porch chimes! NOT SO!This is a scam - the bells came in three separate packages, were small and where not able to assemble. Do not look anything like what the picture showed. It is so sad that Facebook allows people to advertise and do not have a way to research to make sure that the items advertised are ligament...

Ordered carhart sweatshirt of line and when I received all five they weren’t real brand Carhart sweatshirts they are knockoffs and was charged 159.00 to my credit card I would like to be reimbursed I still have the sweatshirts I can send back if I need too Please contact me at [email protected] or at 508-736-8875

My daughter fou Dude a link on Tic Tok for Hey Dudes...they were only $30-$32 per pair. And they were different from any you find in a store. This woman supposedly selling them would put special stamped leather pieces in the top of the shoe or embroidered pieces to make them stand out. Here are some photos of what we're supposed to receive vs. what we actually received.

Me too! See my pics below. No logos. Cheap knock offs! And one was supposed to be cow print and its plain black. They smell so bad like chemicals and glue. They are unwearable!

Ordered 2 pairs of Hey Dudes… my daughter found this obviously ”too good to be true” site. Spent $70 and change on the shoes, and they're total junk and smell horrible! And of course it all came from Springfield Gardens NY.? So beyond p[censored]!

I ordered this item before Christmas for Christmas and it just came in today. It was not what I ordered or it was misrepresented in ad. I have no use for it, it is too small to store items under bed. It was for my granddaughter to use at college. I am sending it back on the advice of Pay Pal for a complete refund. Thank-you, Sara Shepherd

Ordered a heavy-furniture moving roller set: a lever and 4 small wheeled pieces on Dec 15, 2001. Received a small envelope from FedEx with one of the small pieces only. Sent from China. The "Package ID" matched my order number, but it did not (could not, so small) deliver the whole set. Can't complain to PayPal until I have tried to reach the "BINGGO" company, but no way to reach the company. Photos show product I ordered...and all that I received.

I got 2 pairs of very rigid and cheap shoes.
There is no way I can return them unless someone has a way to do it ,I would appreciate

I ordered a men's plaid, wool vest from what appeared to be a legitimate clothing outlet that advertised on my email feed. What I got was a shodily made doubleknit vest printed with elephants. The Joe Doe company which sent the vest was certainly not the cpompany whose name was on the online catalogue - this is all obviously a scam

I ordered from ConsoleSkins.co

The website didn’t seem to be the most legitimate but I was trying to find a cheap PS4 skin for my nephews without spending $30 for them to might not ever use it lol I didn’t have high hopes but exactly a month later I DID receive them. I’m not sure if they fit the consoles as they look drastically different. One if for a PS4 and the other for a PS4 slim.. it doesn’t say what piece goes where so you just have to piece it together I guess? So I’m not sure if they sent the right things or not but the designs are what I chose.

Ordered 2 children's banks that were supposed to be made of wood and personalized with their names on them. They are made of plastic.
I am so disappointed.
You would think I would be smarter but I ordered off Facebook.
The scammers know how to make their products(or fake products I mean) attractive.
