They said I owed money for a credit card from 2017. That capital one had taken it over and was sueing me for the rest of the money ($3400). They had my previous address. An address of my mom. I told them I have not owned a credit card. They said they had already proved to the court that it was me. And said if I didn't want to take care of it today then they would send it to court.
