Similar to all of the comments above I was scammed by a kappa crew insta to become an ambassador and receive a free swimsuit, just paid for the 20$ shipping. The website and insta look legit and there is even YouTube reviews of the brand so I am quite confused. Its been two weeks I have not received shipping info and I have emailed there email line twice which is supposed to respond within 12 hours and have not gotten any response! I am beyond mad and will keep contacting people until I receive a swimsuit or get my money back!

The user @kappacrew.zia on Instagram contacted me for an "ambassador program" offer. They were supposed to cover the price of an item that was supposed to be $72 with a $100 voucher they offered. I argued with her because the "voucher" didn't cover the $24.78 that she said was for shipping. I told her that was the real price of the product and that the voucher offer didn't make sense. They refused to make a refund because their website policy says it's supposed to be done within 24hrs of the purchase. They never sent a follow-up email with the shipment process. The product was never sent. This happened on February 8, 2021.

One of the kappa crew member dm me on instagram asking me to be an ambassador. She gave me a code to use for free swimsuit but when i went to place my order the shipping was $68. I asked her why do i need to pay when you are the one asking me to promote your product. She gave me all kinds of stupid reasons why it will work in my benefit haha. So thank god i understood this was all a scam and i did not go through with it. Beware of Kappa Crew they are a big scam team. They should be taken off instagram.

So I was asked via Instagram DM to be a brand ambassador for Kappa Crew. After I created my dashboard and bought a bathing suit using the discount code the way gave me, I never got my bathing suit or even a number to track it down. If you look at the comments on their Instagram account @kappacrew.official, people are complaining about it being a scam.

I got a dm on ** from a profile by the name of "kappacrew.natalie" claiming to be an ambassador of the business kappa crew bathing suits. I placed my order June 23 2020 and then 2 weeks later I got $95 worth of fraud on my credit card. Naturally, I looked at what all I had ordered and so I just scrolled through the previous account and also the account called "kappacrew.official" and there were many girls saying they wanted their bathing suits, a refund, or wanting a response to their dm with questions and answers. This is all a scam and needs to be reported by anyone that ever sees this account. I still have yet to receive my package and will most likely never will, so I am furious with this.
