Kaws shop is a scam

I purchased an item on line from this company totaling $150US and never received it so I opened a claim with PayPal because I had never received a tracking number either.I reached out to the seller through their website but no reply.They provided PayPal with a tracking number from FedEx but it had nothing to do with my purchase.I went to FedEx and gave them the tracking number and they gave me a print out and it had absolutely nothing to do with my transaction.I sent the print out to PayPal and they still ruled in the sellers favor stating that they provided me with a tracking number.I went to my bank and gave them the same information and they declined reversing the charges because the seller provided a tracking number.I am so angry because these people got away with taking my money and there is nothing I can do to get it back.Sad thing is I bought it for my son for Christmas.Sad sad commentary

I HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHICH IS ON THIER WEBSITE FOR TRACKING INFORMATION I RECIEVE A GENERATED EMAIL STATING SAME THING THEY ALWAYS REPLY BACK WITH AND MY ORDER DOESNT EVEN EXSITS WHEN YOU TYPE IN THE ORDER NUMBER WHICH IS 9013.PLEASE HELP NO BODY GETS IN CONTACT WITH ME AND I FEEL THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUDLENT AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED TO PREVENT OTHER PEROPLE PURCHASING WAY MORE MONEY ITEMS THAN MY SANDALS FOR MY SON WHICH COST ME ABOUT 50.00 WITH TAXES. PLEASE HELP!

I ordered two items from this seller. One item was a 4-foot-tall action figure called Clean Slate. They claim the item's regular price is $850.00 but on sale for $380.00. The second item was a KAWS X BEARBRICK Dissected Companion 400% Black. According to them, the item is normally $165.00 but is currently on sale for $66.00. My order was placed on August 21st, 2023, and I expected it by September 7th. Despite my requests for a tracking number, I did not receive any response from the company. I emailed the company at least 5 times, and still no response. On September 8th, I filed a claim with my credit card company. On my credit card statement, the company put their name as BestBuy. Once the company found out that I had filed a report against them with my credit card company, only then did they email me a tracking number provided by FedEx. Their email came almost 3 weeks later. Some kind of way they hacked into the FedEx system and created a tracking number because when I called FedEx, the package said delivered. The two packages were "so-called" delivered almost a month apart. They made it seem as if the higher-priced item was delivered 2 days after I purchased it. Then they made it seem as if the less expensive one was delivered on September 16th, 2023 even though I ordered it on the same day. When FedEx looked deeper into this tracking number they noticed that the scammers made it look as if the delivery driver made 5 different stops all on the same day. If this was an actual delivery, the time would have at least taken 4 to 5 days. My credit card company did not believe their so-called proof that they shipped my items. The cast was decided in my favor. If a deal seems too good to be true, then don't fall for it like I did.
