I purchased a ring from Kelci Potter’s website in September 2023. The lead time posted on her website was 4-6 months. It has since changed to 12 months. It is June 2024 and I have yet to receive my ring that is 100% paid for. I have emailed her twice- once after 6 months asking for an ETA on my ring. No response. I emailed again recently at 10 months. No response. When I called both PayPal and my bank, they stated it was past the reporting time to make a dispute. This is a complete scam. Multiple people have posted similar experiences. I posted three messages on her Instagram and they have been deleted- however I took photos to prove I posted a reply to others who requested an update on their order and now it’s not posted. I caution anyone who wants to purchase from this seller. Taking hundreds or thousands of dollars from anyone and not providing an update or even a response to their request is terrible business ethics and discredits trust between customer and seller. I demand a refund and an investigation into Kelci Potter.
