On the 5th of June I made the mistake of ordering this product and was charged 3 separate charges $1.99, 34.98, 198.70. I have tried to call and a voice mail and no matter what number you call you get no assistance from customer service. I have resolved myself that you shouldn't have done this order. Then on Jun 22, 2020 I got another charge 9.99 and now I have another charge for 24.98. This company is a scam and now I am out alot of money for a product that does'nt work and no recourse to correct it.

** *** ***** *********** ** ***** I was duped by a too good to be true claim that KetoFit would aid in weight loss. I knew that the claims were overstated but thought that they may provide some benefit.

What I learned was that the add was deceptive as far as cost, their customer support is non-existent (phone # I was originally given is now disconnected), and after they got my credit card number they continued to bill me random amounts.

There is a good video on YouTube that exposes the scam in great detail. Unfortunately the video doesn't have an answer on how to get your money back. I froze the credit card that I used to order the product to foil future billings and am working with my credit card company to see if there is any recourse for getting some or all of my money back. I am currently out $245.66.

I am also having an issue. I have used the KETO Fast for a month and no results! I also keep getting charges on my credit card from the CHS Premium. I have been disputing them but after a few weeks another one pops up. I have tried using the 800-955-0079 number for customer service but it must have been disconnected. Every time I call I get disconnected. No dial tone.

Ordered "free sample" just pay postage (they get your credit card for this) Then you discover you have 3 charges on your credit card $198.70, $34.98, and $1.99. I called them when I saw this and told them I did not order anything other than a free sample and they said they would correct it and credit my card..4 days later no credit..called again and they said "I am sorry will take care of it right now, all canceled and card credited within 2-3 days.. 4 days later no credit.. Disputed charge on my credit card and called them again, this time they said they cancelled my "Membership" and we should get no more orders shipped and sent me an email confirming cancelling my membership that was attached to the $34.98 charge meanwhile the $198.70 order arrived and when I called I was offered a "deal" to keep it for 1/2 price. Refusing to pay for something I did not order I was told not to return them to the return address on the package but that they would send me an email with information on how to return and there would be a $5"restocking" fee required for them to accept the return and credit my card. I got another notice that they had cancelled my "Membership" and that all future charges for this membership have been cancelled? but it did not contain an address where I should return the product. So I called again and when I told the agent I had disputed their charges with my charge card and was returning their product but needed to know where to mail them he started reading a script saying I had to talk to my bank and there was nothing they could do and when I said I just need to know an address where to return your product he just hung up on me. I called back AGAIN (each call had a 15-30 min hold time) and a nice lady said she usually didn't handle this but gave me two RMA #'s and told me I would have to include a $5 restocking fee for each bottle returned (they shipped us 6 bottles). I see on line other people reported the exact same experience even to the exact same 3 charges.. $198.70, $34.98, and $1.99. This UK website exposes their fraudulent practices there from the exact same plethora of web sites https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFIPZnjGvPY Pay particular attention to the 41 seconds of the video between the 7minute 58 second mark and the 8 minute 39 second mark. If not crooks they are clever, unscrupulous, unethical people.

This is a sham product that falsely advertised an introductory price for a weight loss supplement. They bill your credit card repeatedly and send unordered product that you cannot return because the phone numbers are disconnected and there is no Web site and only a PO Box address.

This brand advertised on the Internet as a weight loss supplement endorsed by Shark Tank and Dr. Oz. They offered an introductory price for an initial trial. When you proceed to order, you cannot bypass their offer for an additional product. When the charges were applied to my credit card, I was billed for a 6 month supply. The product did arrive but there is no accompanying information to contact the company and no Web-site posted. My credit card continues to be charged and product sent to me. I have not opened the packages and want badly to return their product, which has proven to be worthless, but the company cannot be reached.

I ordered the Keto Fast as well. They shipped extra items. Within minutes my credit card was billed almost $400.00 (CDN$ to US$). I called immediately and they said it was already getting ready for shipment. Not sure how that is possible. But they assured me i could return it. I returned it with traceable postage. That was almost $50.00. Now they won't respond to emails and they have not given me a refund. Not happy.

Seen product and were advertising but 3 bottles for 39.95 each and get two free. My account was charged 198.79. I called and the guy said it was not suppose to be that rate and I was charged for the correct price and for the monthly service fee. When I looked at checking account I was not only charged the 198.79 but was also charged a 34.95 charge and a 1.99 fee as well. He told me that I was not able to cancel the order and I was out of luck on getting my money back. I then received an email that says my subscription was cancelled. I have called the bank and cancelled my credit card. Filling out paperwork with bank tomorrow to dispute charged tomorrow. Do not buy this product at all... They just take your money

On June 2, 2020, I purchased 5 bottles of KetoFast online. The special promotion I signed up for was purchase 3 bottles at the retail price of $39.74 and get 2 free. I imagined my total would be around $120. They make it very difficult to complete the purchase as they make you go through many other products before you can finally check out. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email. At the very bottom of the email, it shows $198.70. I freak out and immediately call customer service. After being on hold for 30 mins. I receive assistance from a customer service agent who is very difficult to understand. I explain my problem and she says I also signed up for KetoCleanse. I said no, I didn’t that’s a mistake, take it off, I only want my 5 bottles of KetoFast. I got the run around for over another 30 minutes. I said look, “save your sales pitch, I don’t want anything other than the 5 bottles of KetoFast”. She assured me the KetoCleanse had been removed and offered a credit of $69.55 which would make my total $129.15 with which I agreed to pay. I received a confirmation email canceling the KetoCleanse the same day. On June 12, I received my Keto package (which I did not open until the following day). Inside the package was 5 bottles of KetoFast and 1 bottle of KetoCleanse. I was furious. I immediately called KetoCleanse at the number provided on the packing slip (866) 226-8303. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I got a customer service agent named Daniel. Also a person who was very difficult to understand. I explained what happened. He said I signed up for a subscription of KetoCleanse; that was the order that got canceled. I told him I was assured by customer service that they would not be sending the KetoCleanse and I did not want it. Daniel said I could keep it an obtain 30% discount. I told him I didn’t want it. I wanted a refund as my credit card had been charged an additional $34.98 plus $1.99. He said I could return it unopened and undamaged within 30 days minus a $5 per bottle restocking fee. I said fine, just email me a prepaid shipping label so I can send it back. Daniel said I can’t do that. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. Daniel said hold on and put me on hold. After a couple minutes he came back and said all lines are busy and hung up the phone. I spent over 1 hour on this call. I feel completed taken advantage on. I sent an email to KetoFast address to a manager or supervisor explaining what happened but no response.

On Monday, June 8th, I ordered 3 bottles @ $39.74 & thought I was getting 2 free. Wrong! The ad is MISLEADING. reality is you are buying 5 bottles @ a discounted price of $39.74 for a total of $198.70. Plus when you attempt to check out, you are offered additional items which I did NOT order. Yet, within minutes my credit card had 3 separate charges: 2 Highland Health Shop, Woodland Hills, CA - 1 charge for $198.70 & 1 for $1.99; the 3rd charge was CHS Premium Keto - charge for Keto Cleanse again which I did NOT knowingly order, Santa Monica, CA for $34.98. My only e-mail acknowledgement was for $198.70 with an order ID number. When I attempted to call to cancel, first number was busy; second number 1-833-635-0511, I was on hold & after 20 minutes opted for call back. 2 hours later I rec'd callback. Attempted to cancel with non-English speaking fast talking male. He would attempt to talk over me how I could NOT cancel. Finally, put me on hold to speak with supervisor, came back "you cannot cancel, use return options" and hung-up before I could get a word in. When I attempted to immediately call back, number was busy. I waited & called back, again put on hold and when I tried to option for call back numerous times, it did not work. The specific product was being promoted by Dr. OZ & Oprah. I do not think they are aware that they are being used/associated with misleading ads and "bunko" scams. Buyer Beware!

Placed an order online for the Keto Fast product. I ordered 3 bottles and would get one free. A price was listed below, as I completed my order, various offers appeared. As I read the offers based on the information provided, it stated that with my purchase I’d also receive another product with my purchase, I pressed the continue button. I thought I was proceeding to check out as indicated so I could view my total purchase. No such luck, I didn’t get the opportunity to review or edit my order, it went directly to purchase. Nor did I receive a confirmation at the time of purchase. I immediately called the number to inquire about my purchase, I told them that I didn’t receive a confirmation and the man told me to check my email, I did while I was on the phone with him. My purchase came to $198.70, he said I ordered 5 bottles, I did not. I never authorized the charge on my debit card because there was no itemized list of my purchase so I didn’t know the final charges and taxes. I requested they cancel the order. This man told me my order had been cancelled, I then checked my account and found another purchase on my card. I called back and was assured the order was cancelled. I did received a cancellation receipt in my my email account. I asked this man when could I expect to receive a refund, he told me to hold on. Once he returned, I was told that I wouldn’t receive a refund but my order was cancelled, I then told him I don’t want the product and he repeated the order was cancelled, as I went on to tell him this was unexceptionable he hung up in my face. I called back and because the lines were busy I was placed in a queue, after waiting for several minutes the recording said I could press the pound button for a call back. Typically after pressing the pound button you receive a notification confirming your call back number and your wait time again never happened.

DO NOT PURCHASE KETO FAST! It is an absolute online scam! After several times seeing the add on Facebook, I decided to order it and only ordered the Bonus supply offer for $39.95! I went on my email to check and was charged $198.70!! I called their customer care line. After being on hold for a very long time, I was prompted to leave my phone number for someone to call me back. 20 minutes later I received a call from a customer care person from India! The website under the "terms and conditions" stated they were out of Arizona! I ran to my bank and cancelled my card and got a new one. ScamPulse.com should REALLY look into this company to see if it's legit, because people are getting robbed!

I also did not complete my order or so I thought. I was charged $199.99 from Web*onlineketoshop 8556944278 CD. I disputed the charge and I guess my credit card company was not able to contact them as well. The items arrived so I called them at the number from my cc statement. I spoke to SAM who sent me an email with instructions on returning the items and an RMA to include with the package. They received in on 4-4-20 per my tracking information. I still as of 5-15-20 have not received a refund for the items. Because of COVID19 they no longer man the phones and you can only send emails to them. The phone number tells you where to email your complaint or request for follow up, however it is hard to understand the voice and all the emails I have sent to are either invalid or come back with information on how to use their products. I have been at this since March 18, 2020. I guess with all the contact information I have and still haven't got anywhere I will try again with the credit card company to see if they can help. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have 2 phone numbers I will share if it helps any of you. 1-855-694-4278 and 1-855-835-0425
