So I wanted to try the pills. While I'm purchasing, there are ads popping up for other products for purchase. I clicked no. But I was charged for them anyway. I received my products, and sent them back right away as I was charged more than expected and I wanted to return them. 10 months later, I still haven't received my refund and I keep getting told that my concerns will be sent to a "superior". I can't talk to a manager because everyone works from home. So they tell me to wait a week and call again. Over and over and over.

Ordered what was to be a week promotion of Keto drugs and if liked could order more. Noticed the whole program's fee withdrawn from my bank account, over $200.00. I had not received the product so I called and was told if I did not want it to send it back with a return merchandise authorization number. I received it 1/24/2020, put the number on it and sent it back "return to sender". Called them 3/21/2020 and was told I would get a refund on 3/25/2020. Called 4/1/2020 because had not received it. Was told a supervisor would call me on Monday 4/6/2020. No call. On 5/6/2020 sent an email to the Today Show's Al Roker since he was a promoter for this plan. Called again talked to the customer service representative and was told that I would receive a retuned call. No return call received. On 5/7/2020, the email to Al Roker was returned as not a valid number. On 5/9/2020, called again and left on hold. On 5/21/2020. On 5/28/2020 called and spoke to a representative who did check, said it was there but I need to give a tracking number then they would release the money. Told her I did not have a tracking number but that I was told to put the RMA# I received. Told her I had done that. Called again 7/29/2020 and was told I would receive the refund 5 to 10 business days. Called again 11/25/2020, was told they had received package but that I did not follow procedures. I told him I did exactly what the person I talked with told me. He gave me a RMA# and put it on the package I when I return it. He put me on hold several times and I said I would contact an attorney. He put me on hold again and when he came back he said I would get a refund within 15-21 business days. That worked out to be 12/21/2020. On 1/14/21, I called again and when I told them who I was and what I was calling about they hung up on me. On 2/8/21 sent an email to Channel 6 news and got a return email saying to contact ScamPulse.com on what to do and that they were running a story on these scams that evening.

I saw the keto fast on the internet i put my credit card information in the computer and i tried to cancel the order in the web page i could not cancel my order. When it went through on my credit card i called the phone number on the web site to cancel the order. Within 10 minutes of placing the order. I was told the product was sent out and they could not cancel the order. They sent me the product i sent the product back on 0716/2020 via certified mail and they signed for it on 07/22/2020. I called capital one regarding a refund they stated there was nothing they could do because i had the product in my possession at one time even though i sent it back.

I have been contacting the company monthly and they blame capital one for not giving them there money back so they could refund me. But capital one refunded it to them on 09/30/2020.

5. 12/23/20 - Nancy Again in 21 days i will receive a check

6. 12/30/20 - Erica check got held up coming in this week

7. 01/06/21- Alex Check was cut for $134.00 be there in 7 days

8. 01/15/21- Alex said what you did not receive check he is checking on it

9. 01/28/21- Emanuel the check was sent out on the 18 of January 2021 it will be there in 7 days

I do not have a check as of 1/28/21. I did cancel my debit card so they could not take more money out.

I am embarrassed to say I ordered the Ketofast product on-line on 7-19-20. I ordered buy two bottles get one free for $34.98/bottle which would be $69.96. After ordering the product, a text came through showing charges on my American Express from this company of 1.99, 34.98, 154.94. I immediately knew this wasn't what I had ordered. I called right then to cancel the order. They claimed that I had also purchased a keto cleanse product and buy 3 get 1 free of the keto fast. This is absolutely not what I purchased. They claimed I didn't "uncheck" certain boxes, therefore, additional products were added and I would get product every month. They claimed the shipment couldn't be stopped, even though I had just ordered it. I asked for explicit instructions for returning the product. I received the product and returned it, unopened, with the RMA numbers they gave me on the package. It cost $8.62 out of my pocket to return. Fast forward to 9-2-20 when I began inquiring about my credit. I spoke to Chris who acknowledged receiving the returned product. I was told they attempted to credit the American Express card and it failed, which is a lie. I have never had an issue with American Express. He tried to sell me more product and when I kept saying no he hung up on me. I then chatted with Roselyn on the same day who stated they would send me an e-check within 72hrs. On 9-14-20, I hadn't received the e-check so I called again and spoke to Anna. I was told the same things and I would receive an e-check by 9-23-20. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated she was working from home and would send an email to her supervisor to call me. Of course, I never received a call or email. On 9-23-20 I called again and spoke to Greg who stated in rare cases the e-check can take up to 1 month to issue. So each time I spoke to someone, the time frame of the e-check was pushed out. When I tried to look up the website ketofast.com nothing came up. I finally looked up this company on the ScamPulse.com website (I should have done this first to avoid all of this, lesson learned), and there are multiple complaints just like mine. Not one of the complaints I read had been resolved. This company is a complete scam. I have now disputed the charges with American Express, so we'll see where that goes. Please don't make the mistake I did. Do not order from this company or any other company selling this product as there seem to be multiple companies selling the product.

On June 5, 2020, I asked to receive a free trial of ketofast. Initially, it asked for address information, then billing. Once I realized that I could take this supplement, due to colon cancer, I called the company. The person, which had very broken english, stated I couldn't cancel as the shipment already went out. It had only been 10 minutes.

On June 6, 2020, I checked my bank account and it had been charged $149.91, $34.98 and $1.99. All for a free bottle! I called them back and still they would not cancel until I received the products. I told them I didn't order any products. The free trial had now changed to 3 bottles of KetoFast and one bottle of Keto Cleanse!

The ship was received on July 17, 2020. I called to cancel again and this time, a person with broken english gave me a cancellation notification number, a KetoFast RMA notification number (Return Merchandise Authorization). I followed the instruction for the return, making sure that all information was included. I tracked the shipping number and it appeared that the company was not accepting delivery of the package. It was held by the USPS for 2 weeks.

On Sept 4, 2020, I talked to a Bella (broken english) and she informed me that the package was received by the warehouse, however, they are checking the bottles, to make sure the bottles had not been opened. I was asked to call again in 2 days to check if a refund would be allowed.

I am very disappointed in myself, for being fooled. But, I see that I'm not the only one that this happened to. I will continue my attempt to get my money back.

On 6 July 2020 I placed an order for ketofast. 30 minutes after placing the order I learned I had been grossly overcharged, so I immedialely called (855-750-0535) and cancelled the order and was provided a canx # 14669615. Then on 15 July I received a package with 4 bottles of keto pills in it. I returned the package back where it came from on 16 July and obtained a Tracking receipt from the Post office. The package arrived back at Scottsdale AZ 85267-2900 at 8:45am, 21 July. On that date I starting calling and emailing keto for my refund of $186.88 ($149.91, $34.98, $1.99). None of my emails have ever been responded too(7 emails). Every time I call I get nothing but the run around, i.e. 3-5 business days, being investigated, 7 business days, etc. Today is 3 September and I have not received one thing from Ketofast. I am now convinced that I have been scammed.

This began on June 15.2020. I order a sample bottle for $7.87. Company charged me $154.94 and $34.98. I contacted them immediately to cancel. They advised product already sent out. It took 2 weeks to receive it and I immediately returned the product at my expense. I started calling 2 weeks later and they advised they could not find it and I had to send them tracking numbers. After about a month they found it and would process it. They kept saying it was in the back room. I have contacted everyday and keep getting a different answer. First they sent it out but it wouldn't process so they would send me an echeck, They keep moving the date of when that I was supposed to receive it. I kept getting different answers that it was sent out and then it was not and being processed. The company has been stringing me along by moving the date which would come and go. I still haven't received my money back.

I called to get a free keto plus $4.95 postage. then I immediately receive an email charging me for 5 keto plus cleanse and membership.I immediately called and cancelled the order completely and ask them to credit my account. I then received an acknkowledgement of cancellation, however, they never cancelled. Charged my card a total of $235.67.

I received package on July 11, did not open, called them for RMA and then I mailed on July 14, priority mail, insured, certified for a receipt , did not receive, tracked to find if they had received. The items were picked up at 8:48am on July 21.

I have tried to dispute these charges and keto claims I had not returned corrrectly, however, they have product back and I am still being charged.

Since you have received soo many complaints , why haven't you done something about the situation.

They offer a trial bottle which I wanted to try..The screen jumped right to 6 bottles and a bottle of cleanse for a total of 198.70 and 34.98 also 1.99 charge. Of course they get your billing info upfront..I immediately called and tried to cancel the order explaining what happened but was told I had to receive it , return unopened, and my money would be refunded...This process started in June and it is now Aug.18th. Last night they promised me an Echeck and gave me an email address of an echeck co. I sent them an email. These people have so much nerve. The Echeck company responded saying they had received several emails from individuals but they only worked with Companies. Keto Fast is scamming so many people...Why can't their business be closed down..??

I ordered one bottle from the company for 47 plus tax. received 6 bottles and was charged 199.99. sent items back and have tracking number when it was delivered back. July 18 2020. I have called every week with no credit to my card. Today I was told there is a problem and they would send a echeck to my email.. I have never received any email from them also asked for them to send that to personal email at home. 10 more business days. I do think I will not get refund until they are report. PLease help
