These companies are banking on being so ashamed you'll just pay, which I considered. But after talking to a real helpful customer card representative changed my mind. The card company is filing papers against this company etc. I've never have been so ashamed of being duped and thought I knew better. I do now. I reported the total Amount I could lose but my credit card is fighting the charge.
This is bigger scam that anyone thinks and people just wanting to lose weight are being targeted. Sad but true including me.

someone told them I wanted to cancel the order and they told me it was too late it had already been shipped , they said when I received the order I would have to send it back unopened to receive my money back they sent me a USPS tracking number that doesn't exist 9405 5112 0621 3098 3337 91 they said the charges will appear on my bank statement as "PROCBB779938758 AND MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 10382600. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

After I clicked the order button, I decided to read more on product reviews on Google and that was when I read about others complaints regarding this company. I decided to cancel the transaction. I sent them a message to inform them I didn't want to purchase the products anymore and wished to cancel the purchase.
I was charged and they sent me 2 bottles of the products with no other information or contact information.
Days went by, I tried to go back to that website but no longer able to find it anymore, I couldn't retrieve the message I sent. No website and no phone numbers to call. Unfortunately I got rid of the box they used to sent me the products. With so little to go and no mean for communication, the products just sat there.
On 12/25/2022 My account got charged $129.88 again! Reminded by the situation, I started to search for more info about this company again. It was Christmas & New Year was approaching. Days went by, sometimes I forgot about it. Then a few days ago, I received the second box with 2 more bottles of the products. The mailing label dated 12/25/2022. Nowhere in the box that they provided contact information! But this time in careful enough, to not get rid of the box with only info. My order confirmation was printed on it.
I got very frustrated I went through my bank charges and started to call the numbers more diligently. It always went to voice-mail, or sometimes when instructed to press 9 to speak to someone,... it got disconnected. I got very upset and I called my bank (**** card) representative to dispute the 2 charges of $129.88 in the total amount of $259.76. I requested them to block any future attempt/s from this company to charge my card.
Today 01/19/2023 I am still upset and try to call the numbers listed again. I was lucky it went through. After a long wait, I was able to talk to a lady named Reev. I explained the situation to her she kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Blaming me to not read the cancelation policy. I told her I requested the transaction to be canceled the same day of the first order. Going nowhere talking to her, I requested to speak to the manager, she was asking why I needed to speak to the manager? I said I would like to complain and requested my money from the 2 charges to be returned back! After many hold, unhold, hold again... The manager lady spoke to me a blaming me of the same fault for not reading the policy fine prints. I told her, the website disappeared and all I could find was different website with different products! I never found their contact information. When I found the numbers, it wad unreachable. Also during the holiday season, I was on vacation and I couldn't send back the first package! Also I couldn't send it back without contact or address info for the company anyways! She kept saying it's not their problem!
I got very frustrated and got into an escalated argument with her. Knowing it won't get anywhere, I ended the conversation. Therefore I'm here to file this report & make it known to your bureau & anyone out there who might fall into their scams.

I called back on 1/5/23 because I had not received an email with my tracking #. At this time I was given a USPS tracking #*****. When I checked it, it shows pre-shipment in TN on 1/4/23 at 9:54pm.
Checked pretty much daily with no change. I called again on 1/11/23 and was asked to give it 2-3 more days.
Checked daily and the tracking # still says TN.
I called back today, 1/17/23 to ask for a full refund of what was charged to my card ($99.44 & $29.68) because the product obviously has not been shipped and was told I have a tracking # therefore I would not receive a refund, that it has been shipped and I cannot cancel the order.
The USPS tracking # still shows pre-shipment with the date of 1/4/23.
The product has not shipped, they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money.
I am also going to contact the Post Master General because this is an interstate scam/fraud situation.
