I signed up for a "free" trial of keto pills and was charged $169.93. I returned the unopened product and was told I would receive my refund in 7-10 days....its now been over 65 days. When I call them they say the refunds are in a different department and I can't be transferred to them or have their number. I never authorized them to take money from my account and even though I returned the product they still refuse to refund me.
