Went online to Ketovex to order some weight loss gummies this morning. Oprah Winfrey was endorsing this product and how she lost weight quickly. Shame on her for going with a company is that is trapping online first-time customers. I ordered the first item on their list which was 3 bottles for $39.75 and it had a block for subscription below it that I unclicked the box because I did not want a subscription but wanted to just try these one time first. It was one bottle free and two bottles I thought I was paying for. After I put my credit card information in then the total amount billed came up of $225.50 and stated my transaction was confirmed and would be delivered in 1-3 days. It did not give me a chance to do anything else on the website. What blew me away was the total billed popped up after CC was entered with no way to change the order. I called the customer support line three times immediately after this with no answer. I did have someone call me back 6 hours later and stated I had left a number on the phone to call me. She stated she represented different companies and I told her I was just interested in the order I had made earlier in the day and wanted to cancel that order. She told me I had signed up for a subscription and I told her I certainly had not and that I unclicked that block for a subscription. Then she kept telling me the first item on the website was for a subscription and that I ordered 5 bottles for $225.50. I told her she was crazy and not to send that order out. I have learned my lesson and will never order again from these false advertising online companies. I am still streaming over this!

I just called the number that was listed for this product. This is false advertising in the first place. There is a charge of 248.70 on my CC for 2/20/24 and the original charge of 248.70 on 1/15/24. This product doesn't work and has caused me stomach problems. I was told that they would refund 25% of my total which is unacceptable. I thought that there was a refund that if the product didn't work. How can I get my refunds back from this so called company?.

The order went through before showing the total amount of $225.50.

I called several times to cancel the order, I was told nothing could be done. When I argued they hung up on me. I sent at least 10 emails with no response.
