Never spoke to anyone with the company. Never called them or communicated with the company via letters or e-mail.

We only found out about the multiple charges to our credit card from the
NAVAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.
THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE UNAPPROVED CHARGES TO OUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. Upon your review of my information, I will provide a list of the amounts Charged and the date of each occurance
