Have to go to Walgreens and purchase a $295.00 Visa Vanilla gift card, want me to take a picture of card and send it to him, to verify that I have 1% to cover fees. Phone number Florida 321-233-4291 or 786-855-9182. People I've talked to say it's a scam.. I've been getting calls from this person since February 4, plus several e-mails. What should I do? He says Tuesday 10;00 a.m. he is going to present the winnings at the house I was staying at, because I've been moving.

This person keeps calling me telling me that I won 7 million dollars and then try charging my bank account a fee. This man should be arrested.
