The garden fairy figures were not the wrapped wire as shown in the advertising images. They were simply stamped metal. They are quite something different than what I ordered. Additionally, there was breakage due to poor packaging. In fact, they anticipated breakage and included a small hot glue gun stick so that things can be repaired.

They were initially slow to respond and then offered a series of small refunds 15, 20, 30, 40%. I have refused. This was not what I ordered. I refuse, on ethical grounds, to accept anything except a 100% refund.

The scammer advertises one product and sends a much more inferior one. Then when you attempt to initiate a return, they offer a 10% refund that climbs with every additional complaint and refusal, until they reached 35% and called it their "maximum" -- noting that returning the item will cost $20. A shipping address is provided to China (378 Chuangying Road, Yongning Block, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China).

BEWARE.........WWW.KILLGOTY.COM......SCAM!!!

Video on Instagram(?) showed BEAUTIFUL, large, 3-D Fairies, hand-crafted by some older white, male sculptor on his ranch / in his studio (obviously they, the scammers, have found videos of this guy's work, and use it in their promo material to lure you in. Their verbiage is from the POV of the sculptor in the videos, saying that he's closing down his studio, and getting rid of the last sculptures that he has left (and they are gorgeous, so of course you want to lock yours down asap). Then "He" (read: they) tell you what the price is for each of the 6 designs, but if you buy ALL 6 you get like 80% off, so instead of buying them all for $900.00, you get ALL 6 for approximately $140.00. So, I ordered it, and waited, thinking "Where am I going to put these things? (as the sculptor is shown working on one of them, and it's like 5' tall and 3-D, and the other ones are hard to determine height, because they are on fenceposts, etc., so you don't have anything close by for size-comparison, but you can definitely see that they are 3-D in nature, relatively large (ie: at least half adult size), and intricately crafted, so one would assume they are all about the same size).

Shortly after I ordered (maybe a few days), I got a notification that my package was shipped (from, I think, Los Angeles).

SIDE NOTE: That''s another thing!....there is a HUGE "MADE IN THE USA" banner on the sight, and all of this B.S. about pride in craftsmanship, certifications, great customer service....ALL. 100%. BS.

A few weeks go by, and this box arrives from a "Distribution Center" in Jamaica, NY., and it's the size of a shoe box.

I don't get a lot of non-Amazon packages, so was kind of scratching my head about what this could be.

I opened it up, and found what could only be described as flat, 9" tall fairies, stamped out of cheap pot metal, and "Dandelions" that would get an "F" in any High School Metal Shop class that might still exist. When you look at the metal of the "Dandelions", you can viscerally feel the toxicness of the Chinese factory it was created in...not kidding.

So, I emailed them and said that I wanted a refund.

They were pretty quick to respond and said they'd give me a 10% discount to keep them.

I declined.

Then they offered a 20% discount.

I declined, and said that I was going report them to VISA's fraud department if they didn't give me a full refund in 72 hours.

They replied that they'd give me a 35% discount, and I could keep the fairies.

They said that if that wasn't acceptable, that they wanted me to ship the items back to CHINA! (so much for "Made in America", right?), and that because the value was more than $75.00, I should insure / track the package.

I'm assuming this is a scare tactic to get people to just accept the 35% discount and the "L", and move on, because if it costs $80 to ship a pair of sunglasses, insured, to England (true story), one can only IMAGINE what it would cost to ship this all the way back to CHINA, insured, with tracking.

So, I'm sure they do it to discourage people from pursuing the refund any further. However, I'm going through with lodging a Fraud Complaint with VISA, and hopefully if enough people make it a PITA for VISA to have to investigate, and back-charge this company so many times, maybe VISA will stop letting this company accept VISA payments.

TL;dr - Imagine buying a Ferrari, and having it delivered, and when it is delivered, you open up your front door, and there is a Hot Wheelz Ferrari on your doormat. Exact same experience when dealing with www.Killgoty.com.....they show you AMAZING Fairy sculptures....and then send flat-stamped fairies that make the naked lady silhouette beer bottle openers look like masterpieces.

I ordered a "Lottie" fairy and I received a delivery today. It was not what I ordered. It is not the same as the one on the website that I selected. I immediately emailed them to ask them to send the correct one. They are now starting the game of , oh we're so sorry, how about we give you15% off and you keep it. I said no, I want a full refund or the one I ordered. Which I should have just said a full refund because this is NOT what I expected or what was described. I first saw the ad on Instagram but went to their website directly to order it. It claims to be handmade in the USA and all this other stuff. It's pretty much garbage. There are two additional support emails - a card was in the box with this [email protected] & the replies to the email I sent to [email protected] are from [email protected].

They advertised on Facebook a final sale on Garden Fairey's maked down, with a $700 savings. I paid $144.19 for 6 pieces. After the order went through, I researched the company and found out it was a scam. I complained to FB. I called my bank to reverse the charge. They opened a fraud complaint. I emailed Killgoty to cancel order but they refused. The fine print states you have 30 days from dated of order to return merchandise. They sent my a tracking number and it took 12+days for USPS to receive the order. I opened the pkg and the product shipped is not the same as the advertisement. I received an ad on my feed abd now the go by the name of GIFTE. Support @gifte.com.

Ad was on Facebook. Showed a beautiful 3-D wire sculpture. But I received a flat sheet metal figure. Not at all whatI ordered. They keep offering to refund a small percentage to just keep the wrong item. And refuse to either send the right one or offer a full refund. They say I can return the item if I pay shipping with insurance but don’t offer a refund for that. Complete scam. Do not trust them. I’m in a long chain of emails that go no where with them. Absolute fraud.

Saw ad on Facebook, ordered item based on picture (garden fairy display), item received was in no way the item advertised. Requested refund and was offered various discounts but no full refund. I reported them to the FTC also.

Received online ad on Instagram showing an artist was selling remaining sculptures of 3D wire twisted sculptures of garden fairies holding a 3D dandelion. Products arrived and were sheet metal pressed cut outs with generic dandelions that do not match the website or email receipt photos. I emailed [email protected] to notify them of the issue. They were prompt to reply and offered me a 15% refund and I could keep the products. I replied the products are not what I want and based on the terms of their site I should be entitled to receive a full refund plus refund if return shipping cost. Two emails back from them they are now up to 30% refund value and stating returns experience logistical issues. And if I tried to return the product and it didn’t reach them then they couldn’t give me a full refund. The transaction on my purchase stated payment was sent to rongnew.

I was receiving ads repeatedly for beautiful twisted wire sculptures of fairies. I finally broke down and bought one. Weeks later I received an extremely poor imitation of one. I emailed to get a refund, but they required the wrapping for the box, which I had long since thrown away. I have since learned that this is a common scam: https://fantasywire.co.uk/scammers/ Anything that can be done to shut down this and other scammers for this sculptor would be great.

My experience was the same as ALL the others, except so far they have only offered me 20% on what I paid for the item which was $37.88. So, for a refund of $9.56, all it will cost me is $28.32. What a deal! [censored]. I will let this drop when hell freeze over. I will make damn sure that I smear them across the Internet. I have also reported them to my Credit Card Company, who is going after them and the Attorney General of my State. I don't like being scammed by [censored].

Since starting this complaint I came across another website that scammed someone using the same items. I ordered a beautiful fairy garden ornament that was supposedly discounted from 149.99 to 29.99 (yes, I'm stupid for falling for this). They sent me a sill flat fairy nothing close to what I ordered and what was advertised. Total scam and people should know. The other website doing the same thing is ponsterd.com which you can read about here: https://zerothought.in/ponsterd/ The seller rongnew also has another website rongnew.com. Contact email from the killgoty.com website is [email protected] What they do is advertise a beautiful 3D garden fairy with several pictures and videos and then what you get is a small "trinket" that is absolutely nothing like what was advertised. I would gladly send pictures so you can see what a scam this is. Please note the address on the website without a zipcode is not a valid address. Since I couldn't submit the complaint without a zipcode I just used a zip for Los Angeles. They are probably based out of China and ship to CA for further shipment within the US. They responded to my PayPal refund request and request for prepaid return label with an offer to pay back 1 half of what I paid. I will not settle and will pursue letting as many people as I can that this form of advertising is a scam, dishonest and a horrible business practice. My refund request is still being pursued. My main reason for contacting ScamPulse.com is because I want to warn people of this scam.

They claim to make wire garden sculptures and have detailed photos of what they make. The product that arrives is not at all what is represented. Completely fake site.

- Woodstock, GA, USA • Jan 25, 2024

My experience is very similar to another victim's experience - I "borrowed" some of that victim's summary below:

My experience started on Facebook with an account for artist Wayne Wallace created 9/30/2023. Posts claimed he was no longer going to make his fairy/dandelion sculptures and was selling remaining stock at a deep discount. Links to Killgoty.com website with videos and photos of beautiful, 3-dimensional steel wire and copper sculptures. Ordered three (3) items. Order/shipping confirmation and tracking worked fine. The sculptures received did not match in appearance, materials or size to what was shown and described on the website. The fairies are ugly, cheap 2-dimensional metal silhouettes. Hard to overstate just how flimsy and unattractive they are versus the photos on website. Immediately used contact form on website to request a return in accordance with the money-back guarantee on website. Didn’t hear from them after a few days, so emailed directly to [email protected] to request return shipping address (no return instructions in packaging). Reply and all subsequent correspondence from support@sersuper. First, requested photo of shipping label and photo of the unsatisfactory products. I replied with photo of shipping label as well as a series of screenshots from the website verses photos of product actually received to document the misrepresentation. Vendor response was an offer of 10% refund and I wouldn’t have to return the product. I repeated my request multiple times for a full refund and return shipping address IN THE USA. Their most recent of multiple offers is for a 35% refund. Have again requested a full refund and return shipping address. I don’t expect this to end well.

The ad shows a beautiful handmade sculpture listed at 149.99, but discounted to 29.99 because they are going out of business”.

What arrived was clearly factory made, 1/5 of the size and the fairy is two dimensional— not nearly as described. This is clearly a scam and being that it is on Facebook. I imagine they’re making a ton of money and delivering garbage. Made in the USA is a pretty good tagline.

Sent an item different than ordered. This item was also faulty. I emailed their support to report the issue. They asked for photos then offer me a 25% credit. I told them that was not acceptable and wanted a full refund. They then offered me a 30% refund. I repeated that it was not acceptable and demanded a full refund and offered to return the item if they provided a paid mailing label. They then offered a 35% refund and said if I chose to return the item I could to an address in China, once received they would then process a refund, however, they said there is no way to guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

The return address they provided is:

378 Chuangying Road,

Yongning Block, Zengcheng District,

Guangzhou, Guangdong, China

Receipt:William Benson

A FB ad with nice garden sculptures measuring 2-3 feet that spin in the breeze advised the artist was retiring and closing the shop. I clicked the link and chose a lawn sculpture from the remaining inventory, (only 18 left). I didn't notice the name of the artist store until checkout, but it seems too good to be true. Other reports about this same phishing scheme match my experience. And the "store" address is fake.

The terms and conditions use legal jargon but do not state where they are located or which laws govern them. There is an image at the end that says:

Company Name: Moria Plus

Registration Number: 830763975

Company Address: 253 Rue Saint-Honore 75001 Paris France

This is a real address, unlike the Angie St. address listed on their contact information, but this company is not a tenant. There are no phone numbers for this company or the subsidiary.

I found another report of this same scam after the fact using the business address of 4435 Angie Drive Los Angeles, California and a different website. Ordered a complete set of 6 and one for a gift. First, requested photo of shipping label (on shrink-wrapped packaging which I had to dig out of the trash days after receipt…ugh) and photo of “broken” products. I replied with photo of shipping label as well as a series of screenshots from the website verses photos of product actually received to document the misrepresentation. Vendor response was an offer of 20% refund and I wouldn’t have to return the product. I repeated my request for a full refund and return shipping address and provided a screenshot of the money back guarantee from their website. Now I’ve received an offer of 30% back. Have again requested a full refund and return shipping address. I don’t expect this to end well.
