Advertising appeared in feed regarding business deciding to discontinue “wonderland-like winter garden collection” of garden fairy sculptures and having a huge sale. The sculptures/garden decoration posted on website site look well made and possibly worth the original price of $150 before being discounted by 80% for sale price. If you ordered additional pieces there was an additional discount added of 5% for each additional item. I just received the items and they are an extremely cheap comparison of what was expected. I emailed customer service and received a response from a different email [email protected] apologizing and suggesting a 10% refund for being dissatisfied. This is not acceptable. I have messaged them to continue the refund and I am awaiting to hear back. I doubt I will get a full refund as I hope. The sale on the supposed closeout of these products still is ongoing and the remaining stock hasn’t dropped since I purchased my items several weeks ago.

I have several pics of their site and return process I can upload. It’s false advertising. They send you a terrible knock off version so what’s advertised.
