Scam-fedex number before I even purchased

Then used a fedex number to show tracking from before I purchased the item. I bought the item 6/13/2023. They attached a tracking. They attached a fedex number showing deliver 5/31 which is physically impossible and they won’t return in correspondence with me for a refund. Filing a PayPal claim.

Ryan pombo and kintsugigenerations are a scam

These guys are straight up scammers i have emails goin back months promises to send out a bowl i started to send angrier and angrier emails asking for a refund this last weekend ryan said i will send it out monday per ups it got lost with usps.. ok why do i have to email you about this? Today(tuesday) i asked for ups tracking number he said oh we will just refund you we had it ready to ship but i guess it didnt work out. ( i have not recieved any refund) ryan pombo is a punkassbitch do not use this company because i dont think it is a company. I had to reach out every time they mever told me oh we had a problem. No refund yet no bowl yet just a whole lot of wasted time

Scam business

After purchasing a bowl for my wedding anniversary gift to my husband on 3/16, it still has not arrived. I’ve contacted the shop multiple times via email, phone, and even messaging them on their other Etsy shop. They gave me a tracking number but the label has only been created. I have followed up multiple times until I found out they were a scam. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and will continue to report them to all appropriate avenues.

Ordered a gift for delivery November 2022, it's now April 23 & although I got a few replies that new item will be shipped, nothing has happened. Like above, shipping label generated and that is all that happened. Ryan is [censored] that will steal your money. I am reporting to BBB (https://bbbprograms.org/programs/dispute-resolution/all-programs) but do not think anything will happen. I will also be reporting to Shopify who run his site to see if we can get it closed down.
They have stopped replying to any messages which I have sent from 3 different email address, through their online chat and contact us page.

Ryan Pombo is a scammer and a FRAUD!!!

Kintsugi Generations is a giant fraud. My wife ordered a large ceramic bowl for our anniversary in August 2022. After repeated attempts to find shipping information, Ryan Pombo (owner) ghosted us and simply took the money. The bowl that we purchased is actually still on the website despite saying "Sold out". PLEASE avoid this site like the plague. He is a thief and will only take your money.

STAY AWAY!!!

I made 2 orders from this company for over $150. I was sent shipping notices on Jan 11 and the tracking has never updated. I have tried to call, email , chat and even message through their Etsy pages and I have never received any response. If you have been scammed by them I encourage you to fill out the report form for the Texas Better Business Bureau so these guys can maybe get shut down and taken off Etsy too!

This site is a scam. Ordered a month ago and twice they’ve said they had generated the shipping label and it has not been delivered to USPS. Numerous emails with Ryan the shop owner and nothing but excuses.
No delivery to usps and that is clearly shown on the so called tracking number.page. Likely the same tracking number used for all their scams.

Full on scammers. Letting Etsy know with screen shots and copy of emails.

The dish arrived. It’s beautiful. It was a logistics issue and this store is just super busy.

I want to have this review above removed because Ryan was true to his word and he did send it. USPS took over a month to deliver it.

Dish arrived as a gift on Jan 20 although ordered in early December. USPS was very late in delivering the parcel. The gift recipient loves it. It’s as described and shown in true site. Beautiful. Go ahead…order from them but just know and expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Minimum! Worth it when it arrives.

Never received my purchase after four months of email and contact attempts.

Same experience as other reviewers here. Ordered a small bowl in July 2022, received a shipment notification two weeks later, but order never arrived and tracking showed that the carrier never received the item. Was told that they would have to investigate. On 8/15/22 (after not hearing from them) was told that they would be generous and send a replacement. Several phone calls and contact attempts over the next months, in September I received an apologetic email after leaving them a phone message, saying they’d send the replacement. On 11/7/22 I emailed them and told them I was no longer interested in their product, to send a refund. Instead I got a FedEx shipment notification, but never received the item. FedEx says it was not sent to correct address, and that the shipper would have to file a claim. They never did. Shocking service.

I placed an order on November 11, received a shipping notice right away, notice has been listed as "waiting for item" for over a month. I called and emailed multiple times because this was intended as a gift, and there has been no response. I'm calling my credit card tomorrow to report the fraud and hopefully they can get the money back. Don't order from these scammers!

Order Placed September 3rd - still nothing

I placed an order on September 3rd - one month later I received notification that my order had been shipped, but USPS *to this day* has the shipment listed as awaiting package. I have tried to contact the business over the phone, through their online chat, and through email. It took weeks and when someone finally did respond, they were incredibly unhelpful and said it "got lost in the mail" when clearly USPS says it never received the package in the first place. I have asked for a replacement or refund but have not heard back in weeks after multiple attempts at contact. This business is absolutely a scam.

Order placed Nov. 4 - No response as of Dec. 14

I ordered my item on 11/5 and paid for expedited shipping (3-4 business days), but still have no idea when it will be received. I got a notification that my order was shipped on 11/24 but it is still labeled as "Pre-Shipment" and cannot be tracked.

I have sent multiple emails and messaged the shop via Etsy with no response. I also attempted to call them but their mailbox is full.

I placed an order on October 31, Heard nothing whatsoever beyond the usual automated confirmation email. On November 24 I got a message that the order had shipped. Now, as of December 14, the tracking info they provided still says "Pre-shipment" meaning they created a label but haven't actually shipped the item. Multiple messages to their online chat, their contact form and their phone number are fruitless. Their voicemail is full. Beware! I will likely be submitting a chargeback to my credit card to get a refund. I'm done even trying to deal with this company.

I purchased a ceramic bowl from this website https://kintsugigenerations.com/collections/all, paid, never received the product, emailed the company several times, one of the emails on the website does not work and undeliverable ([email protected]). I had to call the company multiple times before anyone picked up. Spoke with "John" could not provide last name, who said that they would not be able to provide a refund, they are opening a claim and would need to charge me for the shipping (yes, on a product I never received). I asked to speak with the owner, he said he was the only manager and there is not other person to handle the refund. At this point, over a month and a half later, I have never received my order (item is no longer needed) and I am unclear when/if I will receive a FULL refund. At this point, this is a scam, or really poor customer service/business model.
