I attempted to purchase a Minskin kitty on the website: minskincattery.webflow.Io

“Company” emailed me contract for purchase of kitty (which till this day is still up on the website for sale) in which I sent a payment of $1,000 through Zelle for a “refundable deposit”. This company claimed they didn’t receive the Zelle payment (in which it did show on my end that it wasn’t sent) so I wired $2,000 dollars and of course it went through immediately and following that transfer shortly after the payment on Zelle of $1,000 followed through. There was a lot of back and fourth calls and text messages because of course after sending the money they were asking for more money on different conditions such as transfer fees, nanny fees, crate fees, care fees,……..etc……. With all these extra fees it added up to $1,500 more that they wanted and of course by than unfortunately I realized it was a scam.

www.raniapersiancattery.com Bryan (405) 266-3657 took a deposit of $400.00 for Ellie a Persian kitten. Wrote up a false contract and had us zelle payment to David Correll (231) 900-7019. Then they gave us a company NEW AGE TRANSPORT (260) 215-6627 to transport our kitten who tried to scam us for $1,650.00 for a transportation crate. We received emails from them asking to pay cash now. Obviously we didn’t pay and now know it’s a scam.

The scammer claimed to be the breeder/owner of kitten. The scammer requested name, address, telephone, and nearest airport for transportation purpose. The scammer stated that they accept PayPal and gave instructions to use the Family and Friends. The scammer sent email to further seduce and keep conversation with text questions - "Did you receive the email?" and "I am waiting your response." The scammer pushed the money payment firstly and requested a screenshot of the receipt payment from PayPal. The scammer did not present a contract until after payment was made. The scammer did not communicate any further after a request for cancellation with refund since the website states 100% money back and 30 days. Scammer claimed he would return funds but needed my paypal information. In response to scammer, I stated that the request for refund was requested in PayPal and it did not require me to send PayPal information since we were established contacts. I made the request and am waiting on the stated refund that the scammer would return. I heard nothing from the scammer.

Had a few kittens for sale of a special breed. Got pictures and videos and then they were sent to the shipper. Shipper needed a special crate which we thought made sense because of the cold weather but we were took.

Contacted this site thinking it was a true cat breeder. Very nice at first. They asked for $500 for each of the two kittens we wanted which we paid. There would also be another $200 per kitten for delivery. They claim to be in California. Im in FL. But little by little they showed no intention of being forthcoming with more information about the cats parents, would not provide a phone to talk to, would not facilitate a video call to see the kittens. As things sounded more and more suspicious I requested a refund which they never did and kept using excuses and stalling. Still never got a refund and the run around has continued. I refused to pay the remaining $400 until I received the cats. Demanded again a video call only hear the “my son, who helps us, is on vacation and don’t know when he’ll be back” excuse, again.

These people have no cats or good intentions, except to steal from people.

I looked to buy a Scottish Fold online and this website, habbyscottishfoldshome.com, is pretending to sell cats for half off for $400.

They did not want to give any information and tried to tell me that "As per Google's recent policies updates and requirements, only

licensed and verified kitten breeders can showcase their ads on Google due to the kitten scams going on. So the fact that you

contacted us on Google Ads means we are licensed, verified and a real kitten breeder." I looked up the web domain and the

Person uses internet images to look like they have real kittens but when you ask for more proof they get defensive. They want money before they will do anything. Total scammer!!

I attempted to purchase a kitten from this Maine C o o n breeder. After submitting the payment, I received suspicious email indicating that the shipment requirements for the cat had changed due to Covid-19. The sender of the shipment identified themselves as Inexpress Courier Ltd. and requested $1550.00 to rent a thermal carrier which would be refunded to me at the time of delivery. The company tracking information looked bogus and the sender was a gmail account.

Hi, I came across this website when looking for a hypoallergenic cat - russian blue in particular. this website offered prices lower than i have previously seen. i have contacted the owner, by filling out a form to inquire about a kitten. The owner (Daniel) responded quickly both through email, and text. they have asked questions about the home environment i would provide, if i had any experience with cats before, and provided some information on what would come with the kitten. For an additional 150 they offered a delivery. they have asked information about my exact address, closest airport and etc, before we would start discussing payment information. i decided to learn more about the cattery and check the legitimacy of the business. I was not able to find any reviews online except the testimonials on their website, I have googled the address and no such house number exists on the street provided. I have checked the organization they claimed to be registered with - and they were not listed as registered breeders. When reading more closely through their About page I have found that they were referring to Maincoons instead of Russian Blues..
