I wanted to purchase two puppies and believed that this was a reliable source. However when I was told that the puppies would be put on an airplane with a nanny the puppies NEVER arrived. I paid before hand and can’t get my money back.

Klenn Schnauzers offers to send you their puppies for sales. They basically get you on the hook and once they get the money they start to stall. Then they ask for more money for puppy insurance. Check these guys out. They took 750.00 of ours and wanted another 900.00 for puppy insurance. We are trying to work with our bank to get the money back. Please shut this site down. I could go on but it really is a bummer to type this because this was for a surprise birthday present yesterday!

Went online looking for a Miniature Schnauzer pup, up popped PURE BRED MINIATURE SCHNAUZER PUPPIES FOR SALE/ ARIZONA all puppy's are now 50% off. Please note that they use the same verbiage for Texas, New York, California and other states. When you get on the site they have many puppy photos showing ready to go.They have a home page, about us, shipping, and more, many testimonials, and loads of false information. The operators are KLENN Schnauzers, family business on a farm, and lots of charming sayings all not true. When you click on to available puppies (that is when it starts), they give you a phone number to call and then they send you a text. They tell you the dog that you picked is available around $600.00 and they can ship your dog for an additional $150.00 dollars, we negotiated for an even $700.00. The next text now request payment by PayPal, money gram, or wire transfer, (go to a Walmart purchase a wire money transfer in this case went to Michael Klomp Oklahoma). After the wire money went, they wanted a screen shot of the receipt." Next text states a contract would be coming that needed signed "all very urgent." They said the dog was being sent the next day after the nearest airport was given. The next morning an email arrived from (Pet Transfer services requesting $900.00 for travel insurance, and wire the money the same way I refused and wanted my money back, they said they would help with the insurance payment, I refused, and wanted to speak with the owner, a few minutes later, an individual with an accent called, and said all is well we need to get going. I asked if he was the owner or the person who has been sending text he said yes I asked where he was from and he hung up. I called back and it went to voice mail, I knew I was had. Left a few text messages no response. I WANT THEM SHUT DOWN so no one else gets scammed. I would like my money back and for them to get Jail Time.
