This is so sad. I wished that I looked Kqickbox up first. But it was a cool produkt that I really wanted. Nothing have happened in bout 6 months. I can't access any links to their site anymore. Tried to reply to the mail I got from them but no answer.

I ordered a tiefighter grill for 50$ And same thing with the tracking number, doesn’t exist. I’ve sent emails and email and got zero response. These people are pieces of [censored]. Facebook and Instagram should be held accountable being as how they advertised said [censored]es. I’m mad. I want justice.

Made a purchase back in the beginning of March 2021 for two “imperial tie fighter” chairs via Facebook ad and the exact same day I made the purchase I received an email saying order was confirmed (this was a Friday), and only a few hours later i received another email that said they had shipped. I was pretty excited as I had just moved into my first apartment that weekend and was looking forward to some new chairs. I reached out via email about a month later because my tracking number said it was not in the system (Canada Post) and when I googled it (in the US) it was a label was created but not filled yet. So i contacted them and they said that they checked my order and my tracking number should go active in 3-5 business days. That never happened. I reached out again a month later and they wrote me the next day saying almost the exact same thing the previous email I received said. So I knew something had to be up. A Few weeks after that I emailed again saying I would like a refund and how i was very upset. I have not heard a thing since. I’ve come to the conclusion this was definitely a scam and I just wish I could get my money back.

What can I say? I ordered a Star Wars office chair back in February of 2021 for about $55. I kept emailing them for over two months about my order. Same thing with them emailing me saying that it was on its way but nothing. I requested a refund and they said they would process it but that was back in April and by May the website was gone. Looks like they got us all like suckers. I hope someone can investigate and prosecute those thieving, no good, scammers because this is unfair and criminal.

I ordered mine also in Feb. They kept saying there is a problem in shipping because of Covid and it is taking longer. I said that is fine and ask if they know when. They said a couple more weeks. well that was April and still nothing. Well i went to look at the site and saw that it was gone. Im still trying to figure out how to get my money back since it was done in Feb.

received an email confirming my order and cc payment. it's been almost 7 weeks, and no further emails received. their website is dead link. i emailed them 2 weeks but no reply.

Kqickbox team kept emailing me making bs promises saying they were behind give them a couple days days turned into weeks and weeks months until I finally asked for a refund then was ignored I just want my money back! I ordered two different items from them back in March. Was told 4-8 business days to get the items delivered. I paid over $100. After a month my items did not arrive. I contacted customer support and they told me I would have a new tracking number within 4 days. It never happened. I have since sent 6 emails and none have been answered. I tried to visit the link through my order confirmation number and it says the website is no longer there. I have tracking numbers for the items and when I use them I am told the tracking numbers do not match any orders. I have pictures of the items and confirmation orders and numbers.

I order two chairs from them with a grand total of $99.94. I first got an email saying that my chairs have been shipped, but when I tracked the package it said they were delivered me knowing they have not I emailed them and here are ll the reasons. It's been two months since I first purchase these chairs. Hopefully I can someway get my money back, sadly I don't think so.

I ordered a Tie Fighter Grill on 4/21, saw the ad on Facebook and it seemed real. It's May 8th and I've gotten nothing. I went to the app I use to check the status of the order only to find out the site is gone! This was a complete scam. I filed a dispute with my bank hoping to get the money back. Upset and scared I gave them personal info for my order. Sigh
