I ordered a tie fighter grill from them and have not received confirmation or any kind of email or tracking number in over a week yet the money had no issue coming out of my account. I've reported to the BBB and I want my money back. This is horrible.

This website and place absolutely suck. They have not sent a refund after claiming they will within the next week, over and over. It sucks cause I really was hopeful for them but it’s just a scam.

Promissd to ship, never shipped. Gave a tracking order that said it was delivered 2 months BEFORE

we purchased it. Asked for a few days to investigate the problem, which the order number was AT THE TOP OF EVERY TEXT. They even used a stupid. :) smiley face emoji. Responded to emails, each saying that they would be "willing," to send the product AND give a refund. Then after taking your money, asked how you wanted to proceed? I'm sorry, weren't they supposed to he sending it free, because of their screw up REGARDLESS of what we would choose to do? Our text said 5-10 days for refund, on the website it says 14 days. VERY polite emails from them, asking, "how are you doing today? And, thank you for letting us know, and, does this sound good to you?" My wife is top dog at a credit union, so out money is covered and will be refunded, no matter what, so, it was worth a shot. But, like the saying goes, if it seems to good to he true, then it usually is...avoid this scamming place...
