They offer a jewelry experience and when I received it it didn't fit and when I looked at all three offered an opportunity for you to send it back but you had 14 days to send it back but you had to have a return label through them.. I did that and then they started reflecting as if I could have online credit or a replacement. As if they were trying to spread the time off that I had to return it. Then all of a sudden I received no more responses. And this was for an item that I spent $122 for. All of a sudden I was not receiving any responses.
