$2,000 down payment received by OWNER (by $1500 CASH and $500 Deposit into his Wells Fargo Bank account and Owner wanted vehicle back. Vehicle was returned and deposit of $1,750 was to be returned but was offered another cheaper vehicle. Buyer accepted vehicle and 2 Days Later vehicle was repossessed stating to the finance company that my initial down payment check had been returned by the Bank, when no check whatsoever was ever written to this company.
