I was sent a text message along with a few other numbers whom all were being asked to get paid 500 weekly to have Dr Pepper stickers placed on our vehicles to promote Dr Pepper . And was given a link to click on if we were interested in applying for it and gaining more Info about it. The link that was provided is a google docs website which asks questions about your name age your vehicles make and model etc.

Recibí un mensaje de texto a mi número de teléfono, y envié la información q me pide sobre la marca de carro, y dirección de mi hogar, pero parece falso ya q no responden.
No se cual sea la mala intención pero estoy de acuerdo a una demanda colectiva al estafador

Me enviaron este mensaje tambien, llene un link que enviaron datos: nombre apellido, direccion, correo electronico y telefono. No dieron respuestas y deseo que esto pueda ser demandable tienen acceso a los telefonos privados para estafar ? Aqui nadie esta seguro de esos delincuentes, ojala los agarren. YA se sabe que es estafa asi que bloquien todos los numeros que estamos colocando y no respondan.

They sent me this message too, fill out a link that sent data: first name, last name, address, email and telephone number. They did not give answers and I wish that this could be demanded. Because they have access to private telephones to scam, here no one is sure of these criminals, I hope they catch them. It is already known that it is a scam so block all the numbers that we are placing and do not respond.

Got a text message saying this was Lenny Phillips from Dr Pepper. Asking me if I wanted to make $500 a week for putting a DP bumper sticker on my car. Hopefully someone catches and prosecutes these people and any other scammer out there.

Atencion también me contactaron y decidí investigar y descubrí que es fraude scam, incluso hasta te envian el supuesto cheque con número de tracking por fedex.

The scammer Lenny Phillips said he was a Manager at Dr. Pepper, and they were doing a promotion, and was asking several people to auto wrap their cars with Dr. Pepper decals and get paid $500 a week! After I agreed to do it, he said he will send a check, and when I receive that check deposit it immediately into my account, then contact him as soon as I do so, so we can set up a day and time for his team to come out and wrap my car, then I would deduct $500 out of the $3990.00 for my first payment, and give the remaining balance to his team for the Dr. Pepper decals! Well, I did my research, I called Dr. Pepper, theres no promotion going on that they know of, and they said the only people that promote their decals is there own employees! I search the web for Lenny Phillips, I didn't find anything on him! The Check is with Coast Central Credit Union, I called them and it's definitely a fraudulent check! I sure hope you all catch this guy, for trying to scam people out of money! Others may not look into this like I have, because of this Pandemic, some people not working and need finances, and this is easy money and people falling for it, I almost did, until I did my research!
