I was trying to get a personal loan to help with bills. I received a call from Jennifer Smith with Levendon Financial. She was telling me I was approved but because of my bad credit I needed to buy the insurance to cover it, this would be $1000.

I asked her to send me the paper work for 2 days because I would not send the money till I had it. The web site does not look right and when I finally got an email there it is a a generic one. No letter head or signature.

Nothing felt right I looked online and found out it was illegal to ask for funds upfront for a loan.
