SCAM! Do not order from them. I ordered Ergonomic Masks that never came. Trying to get a refund from PayPal...

I ordered these face masks on April 6th and never received any shipping info. I filed a complaint with PayPal after I sent an email to the company and received no response. I just received a notification that PayPal denied the claim after they received a tracking number that showed that the package was delivered which of course it wasn’t. I will be caking PayPal tomorrow to talk to someone. Good luck to anyone else trying to dispute this charge with PayPal.

I also purchased masks from an Instagram ad by a company called Betylily, with the exact same problems as you (no purchase confirmation email, complained to PayPal & was given a tracking number.) Through my investigation, I found the company using multiple names, Betylily, New-Healthcarefamily.com and Likegx. If they gave you a tracking number after you started a claim with PayPal, then it’s most likely fake, especially if it’s listed as “Singapore Post” - if you haven’t been able to follow up with PayPal, reply to me & I’ll walk you through what steps I took. Even though the case is “closed” you can still contact PayPal and possibly get them to reverse their decision, especially in light of the Covid19 scams. I’m never buying anything directly from an ad again. It’s just too risky these days.

Bought 5 masks for COVID on April 6 they send me a tracking number, but no receipt, or follow up shipment details. I paid through PayPal, so hopefully I get my money back. Sounds like they’re a scam. I ordered through Instagram. Be careful I learned the hard way read reviews first before purchasing. Their website says server is no longer valid.

I ordered 2 masks from Likegx through Facebook. They gave an order number but no email. I paid through PayPal but have not received the masks for over a month now. There is no way to get in touch with them. I'm contacting PayPal and Facebook next to see if any action can be taken. Or maybe everyone scammed needs to take legal action.

Robert Brown I ordered 2 mask on April 6, 2020 and got an order number with no tracking number. Now when I try to get on their site it say your browser has timed out.
