These guys threaten to send you to collections if you choose to use different company to get a loan or mortgage brokers. The phone numbers and addresses on the website are fake. This Tamar guy is the only person who works at this company and he is a sub broker. His company on google maps shows up as closed permanently so you can not submit reviews to worn others not to use them or to near them as they just want to scam you. I believe he has gone as far as making fake employees twitters and LinkedIn accounts that stopped posting around 2012. One review was posted on google that was super negative.

Although we value everyone's concerns, your claims are exceptionally imaginative. If you have been declined for a loan, please accept our apologies. We do our best to approve all applicants within the confinements of our lending guidelines. We offer personal and mortgage loan approvals.

I would like to highlight that our company policy guarantees our clients the lowest rate, best offer, and best deal structure. We never accept fees in advance. All transactions are concluded via solicitors "As per Licensing Guidelines". You chose your own lawyer. Our staff consists of 14 members operating in sales, review, underwriting, service, and funding departments.
