Ordered free message board and purchased 2 sets of letters to go with the board. My credit card was charged $9.94USD but I never received the merchandise. Emails received to confirm order and notification of shipping. Tracking link included in email goes to nonexistent site. Email address included for questions at bottom of emails

They stole someone’s photo to entice you to go to their website. Have you spin a wheel and then it says you won a free letter board with letter and all you have to do is just pay for postal (in USD as I am in Canada). Waited about 2 weeks and I sent them an email asking where my package is and for the tracking number, they responded that due Chinese New Year it will be delayed. Never heard from them. I tried emailing them 2x and the email keep bouncing back as undelivered.

Offered free letter board as an ad on Facebook (sponsored). Many comments of happy customers and decent range of reviews when researching the company online. Once I ordered on Jan 23,2019 I got an email within 15 mins saying order confirmed and an order number. The following day I got an email saying shipped and when you click to track it shows hongzhou, China. Okay, lots of things come from China is what I thought. So I waited patiently. It’s currently Mar 6, 2019. Nothing; and now when I look for business page, it’s gone, support email is undeliverable, as well as website currently unavailable so no way to contact them and haven’t received any product. I purchased extra add ons of letters so I paid another $14! Sure it’s not a lot but it’s MY hard earned money. I found a fb page and many posts from others now saying it’s a scam as I’m trying to figure out what happened. On top of all this I read in someone’s post that they had also gotten set up automatically on recurring payments in their PayPal to this magnolia craft shop, so I made my husband check (his account). Sure enough, he was set up for recurring payments, quickly cancelled that and status is inactive now as well as filed disputes with PayPal about the seller being fake/scam and not having received product. Frustrating to have to go through this. Obviously I gave them my address to ship to me; it’s very scary to think that a random person with bad intentions might have your personal information after something like this. Passwords were changed on PayPal and Facebook; but I cannot get back the information I gave them!

A website was running a promotion for a free feltboard. I paid for shipping (and one other item), but never received it, and now the website is gone.

On January 24, 2019, I took advantage of the free letter board & ordered extra letters for $4.97US, I placed 2 of these orders, 1 for myself & 1 for my Mother. After not receiving any update on my order, I emailed them and received a reply saying

“Thank you so much for your order. Chinese New year is being processed. That's why order processing is a delay..

All orders are being processed as they were taken.

We are so sorry for this inconvenience

If you would like us to cancel your order because of this please let us know and we will cancel it.”

I thought I would give it a bit longer before cancelling, it is now March & the support email address is now undeliverable.

Do not buy from this site. I found them on Instagram and purchased a few items from them. The confirmation email they sent me contains a website that no longer works and no tracking info. I was charged for my purchase but never received any of the items.

Today I learned this Company is not legit and I was scammed. I placed an order on 1/22/19 for a free letterboard and some items to go with it. I went to check the tracking and there is no information and the website is no longer active and no contact info. The total I lost was $9.94.

They offered a free letter board and only charged for shipping. Never got my items and their site and email is all shut down/non existent. I was at one point able to track my package but now I can't.

On February 4, 2019 I fell for the Magnolia Craft shop free letterboard with $2.97 shipping. I also ordered additional letters for $2.97. It's the end of February and curious as to where my order is I clicked on the email links and the web site doesn't exist and the email is returned undeliverable.

This company offered a free letter board to celebrate their “birthday” and all you had to do was pay the shipping and handling. They promised to send out the invoice and tracking number immediately but come to find out, they sent the exact same tracking number to every person who ordered something. They took down their website, Their email no longer works, and their phone number was fake. After some research I found out they change their business name every couple of weeks and scam more people. Anyone who tries to comment on their page that they are scamming people, get blocked. They also said hateful messages if you contact them about them scamming people. They are scamming thousands of people and getting rich! They need to be stopped!

Offered a free letter board and had numerous other products listed for purchase. 1/20/19 I put a free letter board in my cart, along with an easel and set of letters. Total came to $9.94. Everything sounded a little too good to be true, but looked legitimate. 1/24/19 received an email that my order was on the way. 2/10/19 I sent an email asking status of my order. Same day received the following email back “Thank you so much for your order. Chinese New year is being processed. That's why order processing is a delay.. All orders are being processed as they were taken. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.”

First red flag for me as it now looked as if products dropped shipped from China.

Received credit card bill with charge from 1/20/19 that looked like a convenience store in Idaho for $9.94. Only thing I could remember ordering was the letter board. Tried to e-mail them, it bounced back, website was down, ...

Been scammed! No product & no money!!!

I'm very hesitant from buying from places I don't know of. Especially when it seems like a really good deal. I read lots of good reviews from this place and still was cautious. I actually spoke with someone at the company and I felt my worries were just that; worries. So I made a purchase and I was so excited. I figured it was all shipped from China so I was expecting a long time for items to get to me. But then I saw a friend post that the company was fake. I hurry and jumped in my email with my "shipping" info. And it was all fake. The website no longer exists and I can't find any type of tracking or shipping info. I'm bummed I was bamboozled but it happens to the best of us. I have not had any issues with money in my account or anything else. Just that money I spend was taken with no item received.

I saw a promotional letter board that I just have to pay the shipping thourgh Paypal, I made the payment but I never received the letter board.I email them and they answer back stating that there were behind in orders and today I just found that it was an scam

Purchased items from a Facebook ad. That being a letter board and additional letters. Contacted their customer support when my package hadn’t moved from “China” a week after being scanned in for tracking. I got to the run around about the being behind during Chinese new year.

The site on Facebook is no longer valid and credit card information, address and email were all given.

An ad was listed on FB for a free letter board from this company; only fee was shipping. It supposedly shipped on January 24,2019, but it is february 20,2019, and still have received nothing. I try to click on the link for tracking info, and it now says the site is down, and I also cannot find the FB business page. This is super shady, and I am just praying that my information has not been compromised.

Saw ad on Facebook advertising free letter boards, just pay shipping. I’ve ordered other products with this type of advertising in the past with no issues. I received an email stating that my package was shipped but now I’m attempting to track my package their website is no longer there.

Advertised on Facebook for free letter board with only need to pay for shipping. I have done my research and nothing came up suspicious but to find out recently that it was all a scam. They have closed down their website after retrieving funds from my credit card. No products were received from the merchant, just money and personal information taken.

I ordered a promotional "Free Letter Board x 1 25x25 Gray" with "only pay shipping of $2.97". I used my personal debit card information and kept checking the tracking information, to which it kept saying it was shipped out from somewhere in China for a couple of weeks. Then when I checked back this last time, the site was shut down! I got on Facebook to try to check their page and found that there was another page created specifically with helpful information for those that were involved in the Magnolia Craft Shop scam. Lesson learned..do not EVER click on any type of promotional ad on social media without knowing about the company first!!
