I never received my item got an email nag about tracking and still never received it

Ordered shoe organizers 3/27/22, order was never received. Reached out to customer service email and phone number and was told that the order was shipped to the wrong address. New shipment would be sent but never received. Website no longer exist. Sent letter to Buffalo NY address, letter returned address unknown.

I saw an ad on instagram for clear shoe boxes on sale, so I purchased them using my Apple Pay. After I purchased I noticed my Apple Pay had my previous shipping address, so I emailed the company's support and they responded to me the next day, so I gave them my correct address. After not receiving any correspondence or the package, I followed up 2 months later via email about my package and received nothing.

Saw an ad for shoe storage cases. They were stackable and had a nice price. So I ordered a white one and then a black one. I noticed 2 weeks had gone by, then 3. When I inquired they said that my orders had been shipped to the wrong location and that they’d send a new shipment out soon. 2-3 months later, nothing. Now when I attempt to look up the company, it’s as if the company never existed.

I paid for a product that I never received.They won't even email me back.

On May 5, 2023 I purchased shoe organizers from Magz retail. As of July, 9 2023 I have not received the item and the website is no longer in use.

Scammer set up an online store and faked order progress information. Has since disappeared. Website and help emails are no longer functional.

I ordered some shoe organizers and I never received them. Emailed the company several times and never got a reply.

Ordered something on website. Never got the item, website is now down and not working.

Magz Retail ran the same scam on many people, including myself. They promoted their website/products through both Facebook & Instagram. Once I placed the order, I was able to use their “tracker”. After a month of no progress, it randomly showed up “delivered” to some place in California, not in Texas. The package also weighed less than a pound. After a few attempts at emailing them, they apologized & “re-sent” the order. A few weeks later, I emailed again & they said they use a “cheaper method” of shipping to save customers money & assured me it would show up. My package never showed up & I’m now out $50.

Have tried to contact numerous times, via phone and email, with no response

Shoe boxes never received. Contacted by email still not received . Couldn’t get by phone always busy. Now website shows down.

Placed an order on their website on 3/30/2023. Received order confirmation on 3/30 and a shipping notification on 4/7. Tracking showed delivered in Texas, I live in Michigan. I contacted customer service and they continued to tell me they would reship my order and offered a 10% refund. I did not receive the refund or the product. As of 7/5/23, the customer service email bounced back and the website is down. Scammer has my name, address, and debit card information.

The product was advertised on Instagram. I clicked on the link and took me to magzretail.com. I ordered shoe organizers on 3/9/2023 and received an email 4/3 that my shipment was delivered. When I checked the FedEx tracking number, it said the package was delivered in California - I am in Washington. I emailed [email protected] on 4/3 about the incorrect delivery. They responded promptly acknowledging the error, offered a 10% refund (which was refunded to my card), and reshipped the order. I received an email confirming my order on 4/7 and a notification it shipped on 4/15. I had diligently been checking it saying it had shipped from China. Last week, the tracking section of the website was not working. I emailed the same email address on 6/19 and 6/27 requesting an update on my order status and have not received a response. Today 6/29, the website is unavailable.

Placed an order on April 22nd. Have attempted to send 2 emails, 3 phone calls, and submit a ticket to their “contact us” page with no response.

The scammer created a fake website selling products that you will not receive. I received a tracking number that does not provide any tracking information, just a blank page. My identifiable information includes my name, address and credit card number.

Fake website posted offering products that will not be delivered. They claimed to have sent the product twice however, I have not received what I paid for and they have also stopped communicating with me.

3 months of ducking and dodging saying my order’s carrier was the problem that they were switching delivery services promised multiple different dates. Order lookup no longer works, nothing on website works. No contact back the last 2 weeks.

Order some shoe display boxes online. They originally have a shipping number with FedEx and when I tracked the order it said delivered to San Francisco. I am in Vancouver, Canada. They did reply to my email and did a 10% refund and reshipped the item (or so they say). I don’t k ow the location status of the delivery because once you go on the magz website to track order, the track order page is now blank.
