Order tracking showed delivered to another address on 4/6/23

Contact company via email on 4/14/23 with confirmation that order was delivered to the wrong address

Magz Retail told me that they confirmed misdelivery on 4/15/23 and gave me a 10% refund of approx $3.40 which posted to my account

They confirmed product would be reshipped on 4/18/23 and to reach out with any questions.

On May 3 I checked on the delivery status of the reshipment and they replied on May 4 2023 that it would take 12-16 days and that I would receive updated tracking progress but I never did receive any updates.

Today I called and got a message stating to contact them via email which I did stating I wanted a full refund and that I still have not received the product and there was no tracking information available on their tracking page at their website.

I purchased shoe organizers (42 pack) and seen that it was taking too long for my order to be processed and fulfilled so i requested to cancel my order and request for my refund. I then received an email stating that my oder was canceled and refunded on 4/27. On 5/3, i requested for the status of my order. On 5/4 they stated that the refund was processed and would take a few days to go back onto the card used. On 5/11, i sent another request for my refund status and on 5/13. I received a response email stating that the refund was processed and the funds would be returned within a few days. On 5/24 i advised magz retail that my funds never went back to my card and thati either needed the product or the refund as i felt that they would not return my funds. On 5/31, i received a message advising me that the product would arrive in 5-7 business days. On 6/5, I sent an email advising that tracking info is gone on the website and have not heard anything back from magz retail.

I ordered Shoe racks on April 26. My order number is 11290. They were to be shipped in two weeks. The phone doesn’t work and I get a generic response when emailed. I asked for order to be cancelled. One email says it was ( yet no refund) and another says it is delayed by 5

Order product and received email confirmation. Close to 2 months later and several emails, I still have not received product and retailer has not communicated status. Retailer advertises on social media and offers very affordable pricing. They also exclaim the shipping is slow due to the cost you save so it takes longer. But, the retailer never sends product and stops all communication with buyer.

I placed an order on April 1st for 75 sneaker storage boxes. After waiting a reasonable amount of time for the item I inquired about the package and was told it was in transit and would be delivered soon. After not receiving the item in the time frame they offered I contacted them again, the next day there was a fedex tracking number but it showed the package was delivered to Houston Texans and originated in Texas but I’m in Michigan. I contacted them again and was told it was delivered to the wrong address and they were issuing a 10% refund and sending another package. I became suspicious because they package that showed delivered weighed half a pound which obviously wasn’t 75 shoe boxes. The sent me a new order number and it’s been the same thing the item shows in transit or out for delivery but hasn’t shown up and I never received the refund. Now the tracking feature on their site doesn’t work. There are several complaints on social media that are the exact same. I’ve tried contacting them several times and they’re no longer responding. Calling says they’re all busy helping other customers and goes to voicemail. It’s been 2 months with no boxes or money.

I've left several message with no call backs. They just keep sending the same email either it out for delivery or there issuing a refund.

Bought shoe organizers and never received the item. The shipping status stayed in “in transit” and company was unresponsive to emails. The phone number that they provide has a recorded machine telling you to email them.

Shoe containers promoted on Instagram. Purchased item on 3/27/23 and never received. Per tracking info, item was in transit only to find out the item was delivered to the wrong address in CA but I live in GA. Emailed the company and they offered (4/26/23) to send to correct address with discount but I requested a full refund in which they responded 4/27/23, “I have just issued a refund for your order. The funds should be back in your account within a few days. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know.” Still no refund so I sent another email asking status of refund and they responded 5/5/23, “ We have processed a refund for your recent purchase. The funds will be returned to your account within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.” As of today 5/13/23, I still have not received my refund of $69.99.

I purchased a 36 pack of shoe box organizers on March 19, 2023. The amount of $49.99 came out of my account, the next day. March 24th I received an email stating the order was getting ready to ship. March 27th I got another email saying the order had been shipped and I would receive tracking info. Instead I had to put in my order number and email into the website and it never gave locations. On April 19th I contacted the company through the website to get an actual tracking number and update on my order. Their shipping info says most packages go through USPS. They said via email that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. On April 21st I got another email with a fedex tracking number that said the package label was created on April 10th in NJ and delivered April 14th in Arizona. I immediately contacted them back and told them the tracking was for a package that was delivered in Arizona. On April 22nd (via email) they said they checked with the courier and it had been shipped to the wrong address and offered reshipment with a 10% refund. I asked how long it would take for delivery, (via email April 23) they said 12-15 days. I said okay and asked how they would process the 10% refund. I did not receive a response and by then things were not adding up to me with the dates and website. It still says the item is in transit like before but has the FedEx number attached to it. On April 27th via email, I requested the cancel my order and issue a refund. On April 28th via email they said my order was cancelled and a refund had been issued. May 3rd via email, I asked how long the refund would take. May 4th via email they said it would take a few business days depending on my bank. I still do not see a refund, the website still says the order is in transit and I have just opened a dispute with my bank.
