Avoid this company at all costs

Bought 4 “white” chair covers. Waited a month for them to come. They finally arrived and they were dark cream and far from white but I was willing to adjust to that what I couldn’t adjust to was the horrid smell! They smelled like dead fish. I washed them 3 times and hung them outside. I thought the smell was finally gone but it came back! These are unable. I contacted the company and after 10 days of back and forth I was told to return them at my expense to China! That would have cost more than I could pay. They offered me a 15% refund and did not care at all about my situation.

Now I have a smelly pile of landfill bound covers and I’m out $69! Live and learn and avoid these people!

Make Life Easy Scam

My boyfriend ordered a beard trimmer off their website at the beginning of March and has yet to receive it. The only information that he has received is that a shipping label has been created and it's waiting to ship. There has been no information since the creation of the shipping label. He is going to go through the process of getting a refund through PayPal for the product he ordered as we don't think it'll come anytime soon. We're not even sure if the products that they are offering on their website are real at this point.

Also, they have 2 company names listed on their website. On the "about us" page" it is listed as Wuhu Siyecao International Trade Co., Ltd with their address listed as 2nd Floor, Manting Fang Financial Building, Fanchang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, China. On the "contact us" page their company name is listed as Nova Silk Road Sarl and the address is C/o Regus 81 Rue de France 06000 Nice. Such a scam. Can't even keep their own business information the same.

Oct 5, 2021. Ordered 3 seater couch cover through facebook ad and then Paypal payment. Received paid Paypal invoice Sep 19, 2021. Received ignorable fake "contact us, package was undeliverable," DHL--and then believable/legit-seeming notice package on way via Canada Post (the one that I perceived to be legitimate). I get these "undeliverable" notices; I believe Paypal has a leak that fake-bills small amounts to "redeliver" your package though it is on its way by other means and arrives on time--APPARENTLY due to your cooperation in "rebooking" delivery SO I IGNORE THOSE undeliverable notices and my things arrive (Amazon, etc.) anyway. I thought leak was Amazon, but now I think it is Paypal. Timing is scammer's fake "delivery issue." BUT THIS current non delivery by MAKELIFEEASY seems a separate issue OR the fake delivery notice has upped their game and provides nothing, including sending fake "undeliverable" notice, with link to click to try for "another delivery time/date." Potential (but need I wait longer?) potentially legit shipping issue that will yet be resolved (I am applying to Paypal for refund today--not knowing how that may affect my delivery if it is in transit ...)

I purchased 2 sets of covers from them. After waiting 2 weeks they arrived. 1 set was exactly as promised. The other was something I had never seen on the site and poor quality. I contacted them several times trying to exchange them. I got the runaround. I complained to PayPal and they agreed to replace them if I mailed the wrong ones back. Shipping cost more than the covers. Plus they charge a restocking fee.

SCAM! These [censored] charge your credit card immediately, and provide a tracking number, but when you check the tracking number, it does not exist. Sent them-emails, they do not reply. Will try to get my CC company to refund me the money.

Ordered on First week of February. They charged my visa and said my order was shipped. They gave me a fake tracking order. Then told me my order was delayed because of New Ye[censored]iday. Then said my order was returned because it was undeliverable. Then told me my order was sitting in customs in China! China, I ordered from a company that said they ship from USA! Where is my order?

https://www.makelifeasy.com/ Advertises stretch chair & sofa covers, all different patterns. they say free shipping if you order 6 or more. also they ship out in 2-3 days. gave me a fake tracking number for USPS. said it had transferred to fedex. there was no such number when I tried to check. ordered on 7.10.20. still have no details on the shipment. advertised on Facebook No address or phone, just website.
