Mamafique maternity wear scam

I purchased maternity leggings and maternity shorts from Mamafique. Their website looked well done with lots of reviews. There was no confirmation email or email of shipment. Thankfully I kept my order page open to retain information. The items arrived over two weeks later much longer than promised. They were all swished into a small plastic bag taped together. They look worn. They were not at all as advertised. Made in China with very cheap material. They all look like undergarments. Although their websites states they offer a 30day money back guarantee, after emailing several times to ask how to return for a refund I received no reply. I was hopeful these would be a comfort during my pregnancy and instead I was taken advantage of. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Mamafique is a SCAM.

On January 17th, 2024 I placed an order for 4 items from an online/social media shop called Mamafique. (https://mamafique.com/) The items arrived and are horrible quality- clearly not as advertised. They are maternity wear. I've worn one of the pieces and after one wear it's stretched in areas and won't return to it's original shape-- which SHOULD NOT happen when you are advertising these as MATERNITY LEGGINGS. So I have attempted to contact them multiple times about returning the product for a refund however, I have not received a response. I first made contact about requesting a refund (per their refund policy) on Feb 3, 2024, in order to remain within their 30 day window. After no receiving a response, I placed another email following up on my initial request on Feb 13, 2024. It's nearly a month later and I have still not received a response. When I go to their website, there is no phone number or mailing address anywhere, simply a contact form and and a support email address which doesn't seem to be helpful. Please help! I want my money back- this is a SCAM and I don't want other pregnant women to fall victim either!!!
