This individual randomly followed me with the guise of helping people as God did for him. He then told me that I would have to speak to his FedEx agent via telegram which is another app so that he could verify some of my information. Unfortunately for them I work with IT and I immediately identified this a phishing scheme and I gave them incorrect personal information just see what they would as me for. Once they asked me for my name, address, phone number, age, occupation, gender, and email address. They then gave a reference number and asked me for a copy of my Dl and told me that there would be a fee for the package to be sent to me. Of course I gave them a sob story about not having money and not being able to give them a copy of my I'd due to security clearance and they stopped texting me. I was asked to keep this to myself and tell no one.

I received a text from 562-746-7767, supposedly from powerball winner, Manuel Franco, donating his winnings to random people from his “Charity Project”. The text advises that $50,000 will be given to winners this week and to claim, text his agent, Mr. Oliver Jordana, at 435-572-7870.

I have been dealing with these scammers for months. I gave over $3,300 to Brad Roberson and even now I have a Mr. Bright trying to get me to send money via crypto. I am out thousands as are others, please this has to stop.

Lottery scam using Manuel Franco name as the donor of $50,000 to 200 lucky individuals. A contact named Brad at the phone provided is the scammer requesting a $500 fee be paid the provide for the courier to deliver cash to my home.
