Mark Norton with Chipola Hat Co. called attempting to sell our business hats. Not only was he extremely rude and unprofessional, but it appears that he is a known scammer in the state of Tennessee. Please see this link (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-423-232-0891/2) for a list of complaints by other individuals dating back to 2013 who have interacted with his "business." It appears that his scam is an attempt to sell "hand-embroidered" American-made hats, but customers receive low quality products made in China, and Mark demands payment. This man has been harassing businesses for over a decade.
