THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT GETTING INTO YOUR HOME AND REPORTING BACK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY GATHER YOUR DATA USE IT AGAINST YOU AND SELL YOUR DATA. FOR EXAMPLE, YOU SAY YOU QUIT SMOKING MATRIX COMES IN AND REPORTS BACK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY "I SMELLED SMOKE & SEEN ASHTRAYS" THE EMPLOYEES ARE AGGRESSIVE AND THEY WILL CALL AND CALL YOU EVEN AFTER YOU ASK THEM NOT TO. I CALLED TO RESCHEDULE AN IN-HOME APPOINTMENT AND 15 MINS WENT BY WITH THE EMPLOYEE JUST GATHERING DATA NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT AFTER A DEEP DIVE INTO THE COMPANY I DECIDED NOT TO GIVE THEM MY DATA. DO GET AN ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAM AND YOU NEVER NEED THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Scammers, calling constantly, robocalls.
I guess the insurance company gave them my number or did they buy it?
I know when I need to call my doctor.
Why would I want to deal with an unsolicited random company, that I do not know or trust.
I think they showed up at my house unannounced (two individuals).
They came to the front door acting like they were supposed to be there.
Luckily, I never opened the door, and they went away.
They probably constantly submit false claims to charge insurance, for the phone calls, for services never performed?

*** *** *** called repeatedly to confirm health assessment appt that we did not initiate. After many messages left we answered and told them not to come. Insisted Health Insurance would cover the "visit". Still insisted not to come. They still showed up. 4 hour time frame had someone in a rental Arkansas plated car show up at 3pm. Insisted our health insurance company initiated the appt. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Do not let them in. We did not let them in but they still left a survey so we could rate the visit.....that did not happen.
