Matsato offers what are purported to be high quality knives and kitchen pans. You place an order, and within a few days, you get an order number and a supposed arrival date range. I placed an order on Jan 1, 2025. The order was supposedly turned over to the USPS for delivery on Jan 21st (delivery range originally given had been Jan 13-20th). After nothing arrived, calls and emails to Matsato customer service proved fruitless. They claimed an inability to cancel or refund the order, but also could not provide a valid USPS tracking number for the package. They steadfastly refuse to issue a refund, cannot provide a real tracking number, and refuse to give a refund. Currently waiting for a supervisor callback. Do not order from this company.

Accidentally placed order with matsato. Called to cancel. The next day i receive email saying order is already packed and shipped. Called to insist on a return label to send it back and they trying to get me to pay for their mistake. My credit card has already been charged and have been unsuccessful getting a manger to call back. I have emailed asking about return label and manager call back with no response.
