Received a call from a ND # (above) claiming to be a collection agency for Max Gain Pro, said I had purchased some kind of cider vinegar/gelatin health product from Max Gain Pro--which I have NOT. Woman was very insistent that the company had tried multiple times to reach me by email (not true). I am 84 and subject to a lot of these scams.

The caller from Max Gain Pro stated that she was from a collection agency collecting on a debt for a subscription to Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. At first she wasn't going to tell me what the product was until I paid. She said she was the only one that would be able to cancel the subscription but not until I paid. She gave me a "discount" to pay $79.99 if I paid that day. She was very hostile and aggressive stating that I would be turned over to their legal department. I asked for documentation and proof of delivery.

Got a call from a "collection agency" (913-728-3791) about the fact that I was sent to them because I made a purchase (from MAX GAIN PRO or whatever) of apple cider gummies and I did not. They said I signed up for a trial and never quit and I owe money. I said I did not. They said yes I did and I said no I did not and even if I did I never received anything. They said this would effect my credit rating if I did not pay and I told them to knock themselves out and hung up. JERKS.
