Received an email from MaxonDeals.com pretending to be from my dental insurance company, United Healthcare about a free Oral B toothbrush kit, only shipping and handling payments required. Website was for a survey and offered a discount for using a Mastercard of $6.00 off. When I checked my credit-card, the charge showed as a Hair and Wig shop in Encino, California which I definitely never heard of nor used before. I filed a dispute with my credit-card company right away.
