I thought I bought tires, money charged straight away. No shipping date or nothing, emailed them for a refund or shipping confirmation, got an answer that it’s going to be shipped next week, no accurate date. Thought it sounds like a scam, checked them on internet but it was too late. Now I guess I’ll be fighting for my refund forever.

SCAMMERS!- I have the same story as all of the others. I purchased an item, they take your payment right away! and then you keep getting the same story-" It will ship next week" Eveyone, that has been scammed from these crooks need to report them to IC3.gov Maybe, if they get enough complaints they will shut these crooks down.

I searched Google for a lift kit for a 2011 Ford f350 and the product I wanted immediately came up for $499 so I typed in my debit card info and waited for my parts to arrive. The purchase happened October 6th and I was told I would have the parts at my door step by the 10th. It's now almost the 11th and I tried Contacting them by email and by phone and they just hang up.

I made my order on 6/10/22 and I cancelled on 6/21/22 because it take to long and they didn’t gave me a tracking number. Since then i ben waiting for my refund i contact them by phone and no answer. Then i email them and keep telling me that some one from accounting will contact me and nothing.

Lodge a complaint with the BBB. That seems to put the fear of the scam ending into them. Give them screenshots of emails and financial institution purchase. After six+ months of the runaround, I got a full refund four days after submitting a complaint.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They take your money out of your account within hours. But to get it back after you cancel the order or that’s what they tell you anyway that the order has been canceled and your money refunded. Well I’m here to tell you I’ve been since 6/20/22 without the handling kit that I ordered for my mustang and they’ve had $1,732.50 of my money. Last time I checked that was called stealing! With all the other complaints I’ve seen on these guys it blows my mind that they are still allowed on the internet. I mean if you swear too much on FB you get put into FB jail. For swearing! But you’ve got a site stealing thousands of dollars from hard working people yet their site is still up and running strong. Just doesn’t make sense to me. You’d think with all these people getting robbed someone must have enough pull to take this company’s site off the internet so it doesn’t continue to happen innocent consumers.

Mbenzgram.com is currently in process of stealing money from my affirm account. I order a product and canceled the day of and it’s a month later and the balance is still showing on my affirm account. I’ve opened a dispute with all the proper proof of my cancellation. It’s an autoparts store and they are finding loopholes with reputable credit business like affirm and taking peoples money.

Purchased tein coilover suspension for $684 on 8-8-2022. Never received tracking info, contacted through email and was told it’s on back order and don’t know when I’ll receive the item. Cancelled order and was told 7-10 business days until refund. Never received refund on day 10 or day 11. Did a simple google sears on real reviews on them and they’ve done this same thing to many many people. They need to be investigated and shut down. I got scammed $684

Joining many other customers with the same experiences of not getting product purchased from MBenzGram and not getting refunds as they blatantly lie about issuing refunds. In my case it was two separate transactions in March and June 2022 ($808 + $1,102). Can't reach them by phone. They only reply to emails which kept telling me that someone from accounting will check on my refund and give me a status shortly (for months!). They blatantly lied on BBB in response to my complaint saying that my refund was issued - laughably attached a so-called "proof" or "confirmation" from their accounting department, which has a different customer name and a wrong card number and no amount. After I pointed it out, they at least bothered to look up my orders and faked another "proof" that a 10-year old could type up himself bearing my name and credit card number. There has been no refund for months to my credit card for either of those two transactions. Now who is lying? So many of these other customers too? This is laughable and ridiculous that such a scam business is allowed to exist and customer has no recourse against it?! They tactics are to keep telling you that your purchased will be shipped next week which never happens; or if you cancel the order, they keep telling that your refund is being processed which never happens. If you report to your credit card company within 60 days of the fraudulent transaction, they will be able to give you a credit; but if it's outside of the 60 days range, which is the federal rule, you'll be out of luck like I am.

I purchased auto parts from Mbenzgram online .Two months later , several calls no parts. Cancelled order ,after a couple more months of calling a lot they would say we will send refund the next couple days. Total scam these people need to be banned from the internet. Do not buy anything from Mbenzgram. They take your money and never send anything.

FYI, this is what I posted on other websites. Just didn’t want to recreate the wheel.

Made a purchase for a significant amount. This company came up along with many reputable companies during a web search. They were offering 10% off for the products they were selling. However, after doing some research, I quickly realized that they were sham. Request a refund, but just like many other people, I received same ol' messages "accounting will refund your money within 7-10 days. That's a lie. I filed a complaint with FTC.gov, and highly encourage others who have not received their money from MBSHAM's to do the same. FTC lawyers will investigate and take appropriate action against MBGRAM.

Same experience as all other reviews. $4,233.84, Cancelled order and reported it to Visa. Capital One Visa will not charge back this merchant and will not provide any help to get a refund and stop this company from being a Visa approved merchant.

I ordered a set of auto rims but cancelled the order before they shipped to me. I was told that my order was cancelled and refunded back in April, and that the refund would take 7-10 business days. It’s now late July and they don’t answer the phone. They only reply to emails with vague words to say that “someone will check the billing status and get back to you.” And nothing ever happens.

I ordered a lowering kit for car . December 1st 2021. I waited tell may 2022 to cancel order because I never received product. Now after 30-40 phone calls, “ they put you on hold then hang up”. Many documented emails. And being having a robot tell me I would receive money refund in 2-3 days, after three months and contacting them repeatedly nothing. Other on line reviews show same problem. 100% scam

I made an online Transaction with MBenzgram for Rear Brake Caliper Assemblies. After the order was Completed, I noticed no shipping Time was made available, so I emailed them for when the item would Ship. They Emailed back 2 to 3 weeks, I emailed them back to Cancel the order. They Emailed me later that day the Order was Canceled and Sent Confirmation of it.
after 10 business days (15 days total), no refund to account as they Claimed. More emails to them, more Claims they Refunded the Money. 4 wks Later, Still no money and my Account Company say, They Received no Refund of Information of a Refund from MBenzgram.
This Company is a Fraud.

We ordered a part from mbenzgram back in December after MONTHS of emailing and calling and only getting an automatic email reply I asked for a refund. Only to get told they wouldn’t cancel my order bc it was “about to ship” obviously it never shipped and I finally got a refund but this company is a scam and the customer service is a joke. I would not use them again.

Ordered wheels and a month went by, no tracking number, I called and no one answered, was on hold for an hour, I emailed them and they said my wheels will ship next week, I waited another week and still not shipped and no tracking number so they said I could cancel and they would refund me in 7-10 days, 2 week go by and no refund, I email them and they say oh my refund in pending approval? This company is a joke, DO NOT BUY from them, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, don't waste your time!
