THIEVES AND LIARS!

I purchased a Cold Air Intake from MBGram at the end of January 2022, after several weeks I contacted the business to find out the status of my order. Repeatedly I was told by the business’s “customer service” that it was pending shipment. A month passed, I inquired again and this time it was some internal issue that they would get resolved and would ship the Item. Finally in June, I became disgusted at myself for falling for this scam business and requested to have the order canceled and a refund issued. After more than 15 attempts to get a refund from this business, I am now paying a legal remedy. Once I locate this business and/or its owners I will take them to court. This business us a complete SCAM and the people running it are THIEVES! BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a cold air intake off their website in late Jan 2022. After several months of pursuing order and shipping status, I was finally offered a refund. This business uses several different names and people to delay consumers in their pursuit of resolution. Others convey exact same scenarios; purchase, delay, contact, delay, etc, etc.

Placed order late Dec 2021. Like other reports, I was charged immediately for a product that never shipped. Many phone calls where I was told the item would ship the following week. Then phone calls where I was told the item was in stock and they weren't sure why it hadn't shipped. Was told my ticket would be elevated to a supervisor two different times. The third time, I asked for a phone number of a supervisor. They said they didn't have that info but would put on the ticket for supervisor to contact me. Never happened. On every call, ive spoken with the same two people, a male and a female. I'm guessing they are a couple who scam for a living.

For the past two weeks, phone calls will not be answered by a human and will disconnect after being on hold for 5-10 minutes. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company, but I hope somebody goes after these scammers.

Ordered some aluminum cylinder heads. Was told several times that it was on back order that it would ship in two weeks. After a couple months I cancelled the order. They told me it would be 7-10 day for refund. After 10 days I contacted them and they gave me the excuse they will let accounting know and they will be in contact. Which never happened. Got this response for a month at which point they stopped answering and I have never received my refund. It’s been almost two months since I cancelled my order.

I ordered a car part was told it was back ordered they took my money while I waited for product apparently long enough for Mastercard to no longer dispute the charges . They stated they refunded money but did not and just kept saying we sent you money back . I contacted my bank and no they sent nothing but was told it was over 120 days so they couldn’t help . I asked for information to try to find this so called refund then they just stopped responding no legit business would not wonder where the refund is. (There is NO address on the website)

I placed an order for a set of wheels(4wheels total) and a set of tires (4 tires total) on December 24, 2021 for a total of $1,840.14. Since the wheels and tires were on back order, I was told that a special order was placed for both. The order was set to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the initial order date. Fast forward 4 weeks later, I did not receive a tracking number or confirmation of shipment so I called mbenzgram for an update, was told the tires were pushed back to March 3rd and the wheels July 27th. I patiently waited until March 3rd only to be told the tires will now be shipped out on March 5th. I then called on March 5th and was told that the tires would be shipped out in 3-4 weeks, wheels were still set for July 27th. March 29th comes and still no tires, so I called and canceled the entire order since their policy states that I can call or email to cancel and receive 100% refund within 5-7 business days. It is currently May 25th, I have not received my refund. I have called mbenzgram for a status on my refund but all I get is “a ticket will be submitted to accounting”. I’ve emailed Mbenzgram about my refund, they reply but with an automated email saying “accounting will contact you shortly”. There is no direct communication to their “accounting” team or person. I used affirm thinking mbenzgram was a trusted site since affirm was offered but I was wrong. I do not believe mbenzgram is a trusted site and I strongly suggest for anyone who is considering purchasing anything from them, don’t do it, you’ll just be scammed. There are multiple negative reviews with similar situations that were posted this year(2022) and many positive reviews that I find hard to believe are actual satisfied customers. DO NOT BUY FROM MBENZGRAM!!!

I placed my order with Mbenzgram on December 24, 2021. After 3 months of being told my order would be delayed for a few more weeks I decided to cancel the order. Mbenzgram guarantees that they will refund your order if you do not “if the item is not delivered.”

I’ve contacted Mbenzgram several times since the original cancellation date(March 29th) requesting proof of my refund and have been told that “accounting” is still processing the refund and to wait a few more days. Whenever I call and ask to speak to their to their manager or accounting they hang up or ask me to email them. Stay away from this company as they will keep your money!!!!

I placed a order with mbenzgram.com one week later, I reached out by phone no answer I reached out to mbenzgram by email about my order, I was told they didn’t have what I ordered but yet on their web site they had it, they changed my card… I was told via email I would receive a refund that didn’t happen it’s been 1 mouth no order no refund. I’m working with Wells Fargo to get my refund. ?? Buyers beware

Ordered method wheel 4-2-22 at the best price available, should have been my first clue. I paid for it and then received email saying it was on nation wide backorder which I new was a lie, I responded and asked when it would be available and was told I would be notified when it shipped. I cancelled order and asked for a refund several times and was told it was refunded 4-9-22. I paid with Affirm but Affirm will do nothing to help
