This company tried to file a claim with my information to Aetna. Aetna denied and sent letter to me for more info. I called Aetna and advised them this is fraud, I did not have any medical with this company and knew nothing about them. Aetna gave me the address for Sunny and Recovery Inc which appears to be a medical equipment provider in Tampa, Fl, as well as the name of the referring physician, who is also in Tampa, FL. I do not live in or near Tampa. This is a scam.
