I own this address, it is a private home. A fake company has used this address as its listed address on its Colorado filing and uses the website to sell fake toys.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT REAL, IT DOES NOT EXIST, AND GOOGLING THE OWNER COMES UP WITH A PERSON WHO LIVES IN SOUTHWEST ASIA.

Please flag this company as not real. I keep getting your letters about people filing complaints who have been scammed.

I have already reported this company to the Colorado Secretary of State and Attorney General's office, but they have a backlog and are still investigating.

The tracking link that is sent when item ships causes a loud siren and alert that your computer has been targeted by a virus. Phone number on screen is led to believe that you are calling a Mac certified technician when in reality they are trying to scam $1.0k - $1.5k

I used Google to search for JellyCat Amusable Daisy plush, and https://meizhitoys.com/ website had one listed for $36.00.

I purchased the item, a week later I received a shipping confirmation, and then about a week later I received a package that contained an item I didn't order.

I immediately reached out to the company letting them know that they sent the wrong item (I included pictures of the my order, of the package I received and the wrong item sent).

I have not heard anything back from the company.

My next step is to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Went to the website and our he’s 2 stuffed animals Jellycat brand. They arrived and they are not the Jellycat brand. I have contacted them and they haven’t return my emails.

I placed an online order with MZTOYS for an import toy. I was given an order confirmation. I was notified of shipment. I was given a tracking number with my notification. Tracking showed that my package was incorrectly delivered to an address in Arizona. My order confirmation showed that the seller does indeed have my correct shipping address. I have attempted to contact them via phone and email. I gave given them more than an adequate amount of time to respond. I have also filed a report against them with my bank through which my credit card is connected.
