Ordered merchandise ie;2 quilted animal print duffle bags from Melovaco.com. Photos shown on website showed quality looking product. Product received was inferior quality and not as ordered. I ordered highland cows and got elephants. Company refuses to refund or provide return info. Did offer 15% refund and I have to pay to return product to them first. And 15% refund would be granted only if they approved it. I uploaded photos of ordered product your website only allowed 1 photo could not upload photo of product received. I do have those photos as well as emails received and sent to customer service at [email protected] requesting to return/refund product. Neither product i received was what I ordered. I lost $85.48 on this order.

I ordered a quilted bag from Melovaco.com on January 2 2026. Received tracking info 10 days later. The tracking started in customs supposedly. Have been receiving false tracking all over the US ever since. I sent an email to support at [email protected] and have received the same response 2 times with no results. I lost $46.98 on this order.

I ordered two duffle bags from Melovaco.com described as quilted and shown with embroidery. I received shipping updates by email. When they arrived they were inferior design-the print was screen printed, no quilting or embroidery. I followed the directions to request a refund/return by emailing [email protected] but got a failure to deliver notice. I tried the other two email addresses with the same failed results ([email protected] and [email protected]). I lost $75.98 on this order.
