Scam call about credit card processing overcharges

Immediately stopped providing information and asked "If you're with my M.S. billing department you should already have my billing statement correct?" I got the response "oh well actually we're with a compliance department that works with all merchant accounts to make sure they aren't overcharging their clients or to find you a better fit." I took the reps email and told her we'd email any information when we're able to do so. Received a call the following morning aggressively asking if we had a chance to email, and we proceeded to ask some additional questions, How does your company earn it's money? If you're calling on behalf of my business why don't you have any of our businesses' information already?
The rep we were speaking to was not able to answer any of our questions and we ended the call with "unless you're able to provide valid answers to these questions or can get me to a supervisor do not call my business again."
Received a call a few moments later from a supervisor "Morgan", we asked "why aren't you training your employees to be able to answer the basic question of how your company makes it's money?" she immediately went defensive, interrupted our owner and told him to "shut up", which he responded with "don't tell me to shut up, you called our business!" Morgan responded with "your an angry little man" and hung up.
We later called both numbers back to see if we could get any more information or potentially file a complaint to be met with the same loop "we were just calling in an attempt to offer your business savings." I asked to provide a website or something I can verify their legitimacy and Morgan's response was that "as an agency who regulates compliance we do not have a website". I then ended the call.
