It is my understanding that Middle Bridge is a partner company with Photowatch. I still have not received my items I ordered. I emailed them and get no response. Im not too happy. This website and Photowatch are apparently scams. I guess I learned my lesson but it is sad that they rip innocent people off. Will be reporting this website and Photowatch if I do not receive my items or a refund.

Ordered two very pretty nightgowns...did not receive what l ordered..one was suppose to be Lantz flannel blue print...it’s short and polyester...the other was waltz length and
Pink...it’s long and maybe cotton? Tried to respond to their email and it’s invalid.
This should not be allowed to happen...why aren’t they banned as a scam?

At their site "www.fangeme.com" I bought a "clear mask", look the pics to see what they promise and what they sent! I contacted them, the answer was a automatic message and I should return the product paying the costs and they offered me 10% discount on another product! And Paypal do nothing!

I was tremendously deceived by the seductive ad for "Day of the Dead" dolls.
Between the well-produced ad to cheat and the dolls I received there is a big difference. No packaging in a personalized box, the material is inferior, nothing worth buying as a collector's item. A lure!
And the company is doing everything to not return the money.

I stupidly responded to a Facebook Ad that looked all glossy and awesome. I knew as soon as the order was submitted and the confirmation came with a completely different (and inappropriate) name, that I had been scammed. I tried to cancel the order to no avail. When the sport team sweatpants finally arrived SIX WEEKS LATER, the sizing was completely off and they were obviously homemade. I ordered 4 pair and all were grossly small versus the adult large I needed. See photo for expected size (red pants) vs actual (Panthers). There was no invoice, receipt or contact information. The person replying to emails is dismissive and ignores requests. They refuse to refund my money and offered me a 10% discount on my "next order..." AS IF. Their company website has already changed twice since I placed my order, so I don't know how folks will keep up with the scamming... But if you see these products, STAY AWAY!

I ordered a number of dresses and paid over USD 200.00 from ICEONES which is part of Middle Bridge Ltd. The first 2 came and they were disgusting and nothing like the picture of them. So, I sent them back to China by courier which cost me another USD 30.00 but they refused to accept them by DHL and they refuse to give me a refund. I have emailed them 100 times but they ignore my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered pictures through the Photo Diamond Painting branch of this company never realizing that the cheap product was made in China. According to their website I should have received my product within 2 weeks, but it took over 7 weeks to show up. The pictures were dull with no life, not even close to the originals I sent them in spite of their claims about "we want to be able to provide you with high quality products!" On of the pictures even showed the lines from the printer running out of ink. They shipped these pictures in a shipping envelope so there were creases in the pictures. Complaining to them was a waste of time. they offered me a refund of less than $5.00 on a $50.00 order. I would never deal with them again.

Order from Middle Bridge Ltd took way to long still not to this day received my order or refund from this business. It’s a advertisement on Facebook. they are not even responding further to my emails after I said I would report them for fraud or false advertising. I just want my money back and I told them. they kept trying to get me to wait longer when the order was already weeks late.

And i had ask him about my product and the tracking number . In a day or two i received another tacking number to track my product that i had order . It turn out to be another product that i did not order . And this product came from Facebook ad thay have and im not happy with this outcome of this wrong product that i received today of 10-30-2020 . This is a fraud and i would like my money back. I ordered about US$125 worth of product. It was scheduled to arrive last week...nothing, and the website "tracking" doesn't work. The 2 email addresses they have on their website are bouncing. When I phone, I receive a "user is off-line" message. I'm going to seek a refund through my credit card company. I found an email for contacting the business council for Cambridgeshire Township and will write to notify them that they have a fraudulent business (apparently) operating within their jurisdiction.
