This Website Sinmple.com (as from Facebook) is answering not even from their own email but from some gmail account. I left a Complain Already about them Cheating me with my item. after a week they offered me to refund $3 dollar then said my item was not included than offered $4 dollar.
Scammers, Money Grabbers and Cheaters.

PayPal told me to return the item which I did. Next day they refunded my money also the return shipping cost (17.25) for a 3oz item I returned. They cover it up to 30 dollars

and they sent me some blades that i could get from a 99 cent store for 1 dollar. take a look at picture.
They do not respond to emails. I have no hope they will ever respond to me.
Need to get my money back.
A complete Fraudster company. Facebook should shut them down. but looks like they make money from them that is why they will cheat and defraud more people till they change their name or come up with another website
