Never Received My Item

This happened to me also. I ordered a 6 ft Christmas tree from miranda george on Dec. 4th 2021. This is now Jan. 29th, 2022. First letter to them was asking for a tracking number, which they responded with a tracking number. So I kept a track on it thru USPS. I kept waiting and waiting. This is the 2nd letter I sent them: Dear Miranda George Club, I ordered an item from you on Dec 4, 2021, have not received it yet. Have not heard anything about my shipment at all. I purchased the magical Christmas tree, I thought I would receive by Christmas in order to use it. No where in the description of this item did it state that this shipment is coming out of China, so If you could find out the status of my purchase, and email me back. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank for your time, and any help you can give. Never ever heard back from them. And with in the transaction of this item it did not give me the option to pay for it thru PayPal, this should have been a red flag for me, cause I always pay using PayPal. And for any other purchases I make on line I will check out the company first. Did get an alert notification from USPS that my package was delivered Jan.25th 2022 at a different location, would not give me the address, but a zip code that was not my zip code. Lesson learned. Something should be done harshly to these people who do this crime.

I ordered this tree 6th December 2021, I have been following the tracking, today 21st January 2022 I see my tree has been delivered to the wrong bloody Address. It should of been delivered to Newcastle upon Tyne, but it's been delivered to Newcastle under lyme in the north west Midlands, so I have paid for a Christmas tree someone else has, I am absolutely fuming because this tree was for my disabled mother who can't put her old tree up anymore. I just don't understand why they have sent it to the wrong Address. I am so disappointed but what do you expect from CHINA

I ordered a Christmas tree from this company at the beginning of December 2021. After not receiving the tree and no response from the company's email address, I contacted my bank. My bank was able to refund my money. However, I kept watching the tracking for my own personal amusement and was advised my item was delivered to a "parcel locker" in a different state at the usps location. I called the usps location and provided them with my tracking number. They looked it up and said the tracking number belonged to someone else and the item was delivered to the other person. USPS advised they were able to see a scan image of the item and it was a very small box. Certainly not the 7.5 ft tree I ordered! Happy the bank gave me my money back but shame on these scammers. I hope they get caught!

Scam Alert.

I thought I was purchasing a Christmas Tree, the transition went through 02/11/2022 for the amount of $63.99 Australian Dollars. I have been sending regular emails to them for a refund but they would state they will reimburse me for the item. But it never happened. This site totally falsely advertised products. Today's date is 19/01/2022 and I still haven't received my refund. They also have not sent me any return emails. This is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. This is so upsetting, I can't believe how arrogant they are. I will never buy from them again as they are nothing but crooks and can never be trusted again. I'm not happy, the money I spent on a Christmas Tree from them if I knew this was a scam I would of bought the Christmas Tree locally.
Every dog has their day and I hope karma comes back to bite them on their [censored].

Bad business!

Ordered a Christmas tree in November. Never received the tree. They said that they had problems with logistics. Order was supposed to be cancelled and refund sent in 3 weeks. Been over 3 weeks and have not received anything. I think this company is a fraud. There is another company called Betty Childe and I think that they are one and the same because when I contacted the companies got the same exact replies. Ordered from Betty Childe as well, that's why I said both are frauds

Christmas tree scam

I purchased a Christmas tree from a FB ad on November 16th. For the last 2 months the tracking order keeps changing the date it will be sent to me. They do not have a phone number and they don't reply to emails. I have to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money back.

I ordered the miracle Christmas tree 6.12.2021. They took my payment. I recieved a email from them with a tracking number. I've been tracking my order since December and all it's telling me is that my order is in TRANSIT since the 10th of December and it is due to be delivered in February 1 or 4th

I don't think I am going to receive my order to be honest with you.
I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS ONE BIG SCAM. I AM CONTACTING MY BANK AND I WILL SEE IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK.

Magic Christmas Tree Jan 10, 2022

I ordered the Magic Christmas tree on Nov 15, 2021. I have yet to receive the tree.I have emailed several times and no response. The tracking info hasn't been updated since Dec 17, 2021. It just says it has arrived in the destination. I see it has been sent from China when the website says it was to come from a warehouse in Canada. I purchased on my credit card so they have my money and no tree! I guess I have been scammed. Beware of Miranda George!

Magical Christmas Tree-Green Tree+LED, 6.5 FT

On November 16, 2021 I saw the ad for the Miranda George Magical Christmas Tree and placed an order. I received an E-mail from them stating my order had been received and was being processed. And the money ($55.99) was withdrew from my account on November 17, 2021. On November 29, 2021 I sent an E-mail in regards to not receiving any follow up messages on the status of my order from their company. On November 30, 2021 I received an E-mail from them stating due to the epidemic, the logistics update will be slow and they would follow up on my order. On December 1, 2021 I received an E-mail from them stating my order had finished processing and was shipped via Rookie super economy global parcel tracking with a tracking number. I then proceeded to log onto the tracking site, which stated my order should arrive on 12/6/2021-12/9/2021. Upon it not arriving by 12/9/2021, I log onto the tracking site. It stated it should arrive 12/10/2021-12/12/2021. Upon it not arriving by 12/13/2021, I proceeded to log onto the tracking site again. It stated it should arrive 12/13/2021-12/15/2021. After my order not arriving on the 12/13/2021, I started logging onto the tracking site daily, for it was getting close to Christmas. So on 12/15/2021 my order had not arrive. I sent an E-mail asking for assistance in locating my order. On 01/03/22, I logged onto the tracking site and it stated it ha been delivered to mail box, Carmel, IN. I live in Horton, Alabama. After finding out that it had been delivered, I E-mailed the company again stating it was delivered to wrong address, city, and State. And that I should receive my $55.99 refunded. Later that evening I received an E-mail from them stating that they had found my order, and there was a problem in the logistics. They stated that they would cancel my order and refund me my money and that would take 1 to 3 weeks. I sent an E-mail on January 4, 2022 stating since they had already withdrew the $55.99 out of my account, if they could help me receive the Christmas tree. Then on January 6, 2022, I received an E-mail from them as the same E-mail they sent to me on January 3, 2022. To this day, I have yet to receive my order or my money back.

Ordered 7 ft flocked tree on 11/26/21. Have been following the tracking. They shipped my tree from china when they have warehouses in the US. It was finally delivered but it was left in Lake Worth Florida. They had my correct delivery address in Fort Worth Texas. I have been scammed enough in the last year. This company ruined my Christmas in my new home! I have sent emails galore and have received absolutely no responses.

I also ordered the Magic Christmas Tree and been waiting for it since I ordered it and been following the tracking on it and it keep saying 1 to 4 more days over and over for over a month and now it says it was delivered on porch in Kansas and I live in Virginia and they had my address. I think it is a big scam and tracking they provided too.

Same here! I ordered the tree on Nov 23rd 2021. I live in California. I followed the tracking number they provided. Said it was at San Francisco Postal facility on Dec 28th but it got delivered to someone's porch in New York on Jan 3rd, 2022. Lucky I have Chase Bank and called them to report fraudulent activity and received my money back into my bankaccount.

When I tracked the order it says it was delivered to an Arlington home. .y address is not in Arlington. 5 emails sent to Miranda George. No response not even as courtesy. Quick to get our money, shame on them. Please do not order from this company.
