I saw the advert on Facebook and it looked genuine. I ordered a tree on the 13th November, paid for it and had 2 emails from them. Obviously automated. Now I get no response and the tracking app is just saying its still in China. What can I do !

I also ordered the christmas tree, and tried to cancel few min later but no response from the email listed [email protected] and no phone #. No address on site either. So awful scamming people right before christmas.

I like everyone else on this blog has been scammed by this low life group. I purchased my Christmas tree on 04/11/2021 and yip you got it hasn't turned up, near on 6 weeks later. I have email to their email address, yip again NO response. I agree with many of the other complaining, the cost US$68 should have been a sure indicator that this group were not legit. BUYERS BEWARE, tell your friends and family.

I order the children electrical toy car on November 10 2021. I reach out through email to only receive an email saying my order was completed. I sent another email to say I have not received the order and could they assist me in tracking down the order. I have not received a response from them. I do beleventh they are scammers. I have reached out to my bank who will look into this issue for me. I have the order number and tracking number that was sent by miranda george. I should have known the price was to good to be true. So glad I only ordered one instead of more.

I ordered a tree as well like everyone else on this page and they said it was shipped. it went back and forth supposedly from California to China and back and forth. it now says it was delivered t o an address in California. I do not live in California.
So disappointing that there are people out there like this

I really wish now that I would have researched this SCAM outfit before I was scammed out of $60! Although it hasn't been as long as most of these complaints it appears that I'm not going to ever receive the tree?. Even though it probably won't do any good I will have my bank investigate the charges! I hope other people will read these complaints before they too are scammed!

My mom literally bought one a week ago and it said it would take five days and were still waiting. I know it may seem impatient but reading the reviews, were not so sure anymore. The only thing she received was money taken out of her bank account. They need to be stopped immediately.

I ordered a tree didn't get a tracking ordered number. Have the proof on my debit card. They won't answer my email. The first time I believe they said, someone will be with you as soon as they can. That was back in November 12 2021. I will be contacting the BBB and The State Police. And will have the FBI investigate this. I also will be disputing this charge. I ordered a Magical Christmas Tree from them in October. Got a tracking number that said it was delivered. The delivery was on November 23 to Guaynabo, PR. I live in North Dakota. The money was taken out of my bank account and I have sent them an email to which I have gotten no response..
